When you log in and get directed to your citizen home page, there will be a section dedicated to news underneath the war tabs. Below the five articles shown (which can be determined by the most voted articles in your country, the latest articles in your country and the most voted internationally), there's some text that says "more news". Click on that...
If you want to read an individual's newspaper, either click on their newspaper's name while you're reading one of their articles or go to the citizen's page and search for their newspaper on the bar on the left.

If you are 4 zones I believe that means it will take a Q4 or Q2+Q2, If Bl1tz only sent you one Q2 because of my message, I have a spare Q3 you can have.

I understand how the system works, silly, I've played this game for over two years :P I just didn't realize our treasury was so low :P
We've tried to have government ran companies but more often than not they cannot compete and are wiped off the market. Korea used to have [I]THE[/I] best businessman in the game and so the food market was very competitive. The only person who was able to compete with this guy was Abdul here from Facepunch, and that was partially because he operated at slave wages. However that isn't necessarily a bad thing for low level players.
Koreans resistance movements also is known for being very spiteful. They tried to get Taiwan and Japan to wipe us off the map, just so there wouldn't be a country for the FSR (Romanian Army) to control. I almost wouldn't be suprised if wrecking the treasury isn't a bad thing in their eyes.

Gold can be used for a lot of things. The first thing you want to do with gold is buy a newspaper and get writing. Beyond that, gold is used to buy more local currencies for food, buy gold boxes, candidate in Party President election, create a new party, buy companies, etc.

When you fight "somebody" you are acctually dealing no damage to their character. You are fighting a representation of them, to see how much damage you do. You are perfectly safe.
If you drop to 0, there is a revive option.

I just defeated 6 taiwanese dogs. I am now level 4, wasted my 2 guns, my energy bar, a medkit, all my food, am now with 20 hp, but goddamn it, there will be 6 taiwanese mothers crying today.
