Thinking about it, i might end up buying this in wednesday. If someone is able to give me £30 for my Gears 3 and if i can find MW3 at a cheaper price. I'm still not keen on buying it at a £40+ price tag. £40 and less is good for me.

It's basically the FAMAS from MW2. Robert Bowling even said so. I don't really see the big deal.

does anyone here know of an online retailer where it's sold for the [I]normal[/I] price? $200-$300 on Amazon is ridiculous.
As far as i know Gamestop is still selling copies online, shouldn't be any different from the $100 that it's worth. Then again the site is currently super slow so i can't check. I personally am going early on release night to see if anybody dropped their hardened down to normal so i could potentially pick it up.

Yeah, I was planning on getting it, but they weren't joking this time when they said it'd sell out. I've searched just about everywhere, including a bunch of Gamestops in my area, and everywhere is sold out.

I don't really mind that much, personally. The only reason I wanted it was for the free year of Elite. I'll just buy it and it'll end up being $110, only ten bucks more than the hardened.

Yay, I'm getting MW3 on Intkeys! Do you guys think it's safe and legit? It's for Steam...
I'm not that excited about MW3, but I really want to see how the point streak system works compared to the previous killstreak one.
It's seems like Battlefield 3 tried to lean towards the CoD crowd (with TDM and tighter maps) and that Modern Warfare 3 is trying to lean towards the Battlefield crowd (with the point streaks and the support class). I like that, it shows you the power of competition in the industry.
