Call of Duty v9 - Still not as shit as BF3! - Games

When does MW3 update stats? It still says I'm level 55 in COD4 but I prestiged and reached level 4, and if it doesn't update it won't give me my token..

Does anyone else have occasional problem of connecting to online services for PC? Sometimes I connect without a problem and sometimes it just refuses to.

And unfournately, It's been almost 4 hours, so I hope it updates soon. I have to prestige again in MW3, unless there's a way I go up 24 levels in WaW, which I absoulutely DESPISE, It'll be a bit before I'm done prestiging.

This game really hates me. Joining games for the top guy on my team to have 4 kills and the top 3 on the enemy team have 30, everyone quickscoping, host migrations that never work and my nasty habit of only shooting a few times because I expect the person to go down. Still, the L86 LSW is fucking great; not surprised I'm seeing so many Type 95s though. IIRC just 1 burst will kill unlike the M16.

Since it's been almost a month since the game came out, I think you may have missed your chance.

I googled it, and several people confirmed that it still works and that you have to play at least 1 game for it to register.. I mean, on my profile, it doesn't even show me prestiged under the COD4 slot, so I think it's just slow to update. Reaaaaalyyyyy slow.

I'm ready to go into my 3rd prestige and I'm contemplating whether or not I should do it.

I think I'm gonna go ahead and prestige. I might just stay at 80 for a few hours and then prestige. I want to carry over my MP7, though. So there's 1 prestige token used out of the 4 that I'll have.

Campaign. Holy crap, I don't care if you hate this series with a burning passion, the Campaign is awesome. The problem: What are they going to do next. Black Ops Too couldn't top it at all. It didn't lose it's shine until the second map pack, and the private matches were so fun, and don't forget Zombies.

Custom Classes aren't the only reasons to prestige anymore.

I've been the highest prestige in every CoD so far.

This game is too easy. I bought it a week ago, and get first place ever FFA match (The only mode I've ever really played) on my 'good' character. Using a character with a gun I want to level still always at least nets me in the top two. All of the perks are the same, killstreaks vary but are generally the same style. The game is basically first to shoot wins, every character I have uses the quick aim perk, stalker, and sleight of hand. People just need to see that to win, just be the first to zoom in and pow.

i need to play more, i haven't even prestiged once... [editline]4th December 2011[/editline] debating whether to carry over the AK or the MP7 both are great guns that i love. The only thing is the MP7 is a fairly late unlock whilst the AK is my go to/workhorse gun

Anyone think the MP5 is better than the UMP? I'm having better luck with the MP5.

Thanks to my 4 previous prestige tokens I got 9 custom classes from the start. Extra classes were the only reason I prestiged in the other games. Now that I'm almost halfway through 1st prestige I have all 10 possible classes. I'm probably going to stop at 2nd or 3rd prestige this time around, since I don't really like the 1st prestige emblem and I'd like to try out some of the other things you can use prestige tokens on.

I roll Scavenger, Assassin, and either Steady Aim or Marksman most of the time, and I'm usually at top of the game. Just because you find the game easy doesn't mean the game is flawed, it means you're good at the game. That's like saying because someone is good at cooking, cooking is bad because it's easy.

Also, holy piss does the Kick proficiency make a difference with these assault rifles. CM301 is a dream to use with it.

Less run and click.[/QUOTE] Reach is kinda the same, but it's more run-and-gun than past Halos. Besides, that's one shooter out of many on the market. Shooters are generally... Running around and shooting people. There's only so different you can really make it.
