Call of Duty v9 - Still not as shit as BF3! - Games

Also, the first and only golden gun I've earned so far was the MK14. That was when I was non-prestiged so I don't have it any more. I started using it and it was pretty great so I figured that I wanted to get a relatively uncommon golden gun and I devoted the next 2 days to earning it.

I've golded the ACR, the MP5, and the AA-12. Golding guns is a pain in the ass, but it's pretty neat to have them.

I'm level 30 with my SCAR, but haven't touched it in awhile. Does reaching level 31 (the gold level) take a lot longer than normal or something?

I have every pro perk except for Recon and Extreme Conditioning and I have two gold guns: PP90 and UMP. I am a level 30 with the ACR.

I prestiged. I am now 3rd prestige level 23. You actually [B]don't[/B] unlock extra custom classes for prestiging. At least I didn't. I also took the MP7 with me. Amazing.

When you take a gun with you does the level restart? I think Ill just stay at level 80, no prestige, and get golden guns.

Actually, I'm torn between 3 or 5.... 5 looks really cool too. I hate how the 10th prestige is always a dumb skull. Skulls are just overdone in this game series.

4th or 7th, like 7th the most but probably gonna end up on 4th.

I like the nineth one best, how horrible for me.

Yeah the skulls are fairly lame imo

I might actually stop a 4 and just get the 10th custom class and ride it out there.

Just shows how lazy they were while making this game. 1st and 4th are the same except 4th is purple with a flower. The skull in 9th is the same skull in 10th. 8th looks like 7th just with a cross behind it. 2nd and 7th are identical, except 7th is of course a different color and has a square in the background instead of a circle. 3rd has the same inner design as 2nd and 7th. 5th also has that [I][B]same[/B][/I] design in the middle. Literally, 6th prestige is the only prestige with it's own freakin design. I posted the same pic below so that you can analyze. Yeah I did notice that. They really cut a lot of corners with this game, especially in the icons department. I hate how they recycled some of the old emblems and callsigns and they didn't even recycle the good ones.

Shit yes level 52. Got me some XM25. Now I have to get to 60 for the damn MK14.

Prestiging in and of itself is generally good because it increases the lifespan of the game for you. Not much of a point to playing if you've already unlocked everything for everything, which will happen pretty quickly once you hit max rank.

One, of the many, things I hated about Black Ops was the challenges every perk had. Some of them were pretty hard to get like Marathon Pro, which I had to cap flags for. I had unlocked every Pro perk then I decided to prestige. Then I remembered how much of a bitch was to get all of them Pro. Never played Black Ops again and went back to MW2.

Basically just use the gun you want the camo for, or the perk you want the pro version of, and after about a day of use, you'll probably have the camo you want or the pro version of the perk you need. It honestly was the shittiest camo and people just put it on to show "IM SO GOOD WITH THIS GUN CUZ I GOT SO MANY HEADSHOTS" when it made their gun look like someone took a big shit on it. Autumn camo looks a little better but on the Model 1887s, it still looks like someone took a dump on the gun. Also Gold looks makes the gun look like its dipped in chocolate.

I'll just unlock everything for everything. Lv20's usually take ALOT of time for me so its ok. I did the same in MW2 and it worked out perfectly, with just one prestige done. They could have left camos to be unlocked with headshots though...

Is the range/damage upgrade good? I'm almost there.
