They gave extra ammo "per mag" as normal, but also glitched the pellet count giving 50% more pellets. For example, the KSG fires 6 pellets, with extended mags, it fires 9.
Holy shit, they really didn't nerf the FMGs... They even seem to have a faster rate of fire now...
To prove how "nerfed" they really are, I just made the difference in a team defender match, with 26 kills and 11 deaths, using only the FMGs, and we won with 7550 - 3000 something...
And you want to know the best part? I had 2 bars. I usually play with 3 bars of latency, which is okish...
Oh, also, it seems that ever since this lag compensation fix, I get more bad hosts. I keep hearing 1 shot only before I drop to the ground.

fov 60? even 65 gives me a headache. i'm just so used to 80-90 in CoD4 promod it isn't even funny. There's no reason to not have fov adjustable.

I seriously doubt you've ever used the shotguns before. The only usable one was the striker, the rest were pretty garbage. Range/damage and extended mags were the best combo for any shotgun, but they removed the extended mags "glitch", which wasn't even bad/.
Shotguns don't really need it to be great. Just change tactics and stick to close quarters.

I'm currently ranked top 200 in kill confirmed, my KD is almost 3.0, constantly rising. I found the 1 weapon I feel like I don't get tired of after a while, the MP7 with silencer and red dot.
I am just as addicted to this game as I was with MW2, holy shit it can be frustrating at times, but it always works to stay away from the game for a couple of days if you played too much.
I got a moab 2 days in a row, got a 55 killstreak on resistance(34 gunstreak).. Was the shiiiit..

Once I went 20-4 in Team Deathmatch with the KSG-12, and I've topped the leaderboards at least once with pretty much every shotgun.
They're honestly not hard to use, just be smart and pick your battles.
I don't really understand why people call you camper and noob for dropshotting..

Your scores say absolutely nothing about how good a gun is. There are so many factors that can cause the outcome of a good game, such as retarded enemies, etc. I bet you could pick the worst possible weapon in the game and still get a sick outcome in a matter of matches, I never care what I pick up as long as it's not a sniper, and I do good no matter what.

Exactly.. But there are definitely some useless guns.. And when I say useless I mean at the bottom of the league, they are not literally useless(obviously...), but they are much worse than other guns. It's just a way of saying it, I guess you're misinterpetrating it.

I'm still trying to work out why exactly you went for the tactical insertion. It doesn't really offer a decent bonus when the maps are so damn tiny. And it did lead to your death a few times. Your enemies have to be literally blind to not get rid of it (or wait for you to spawn there).

When I hear useless, I think 'without use' because that's what the word means. Shotguns are far from useless. I can do better with a shotgun than I can do with an LMG or a Sniper Rifle. Shotguns are pretty good, you just have to be smart when you're using them. You can't rush ahead like you can with an SMG or an Assault Rifle. If you stick to the close quarters areas of maps and try to play it somewhat sneaky, you'll do great.

No, that'd be perfectly fine. You can mute me if you want. My friends and I tend to complain here and there you know. I just need more players on my time who aren't completely oblivious of their surroundings. People who are aware of how the game is supposed to be played.

Prestige two, level 80. My KD is 1.320 apparently. I got 4 gold guns in about a week, so I'd say I'm pretty aware of my surroundings and can get 20-30+ kills a match. I almost always play the objective, but if it comes to Demolition, I would rather protect somebody planting the bomb than plant it myself. Dominiation is my gametype though. I probably have thousands of flag caps by now.

I usually play till 10 to 10:30 on weekdays, due to school and having to wake up pretty much 7 hours later.. weekends though, I stay up till whenever really. I could play a quick game. I'll add you. I'm Eddy the owl

I do get killed sometimes when I have my tactical insertion but it quickly spawns me in close-quarters rather than trying to get there, which is where shotguns will give you the biggest disadvantage. I'd rather spawn in the ideal place for shotguns.
