Halfway to my first gold gun, the MP7. Level 29-30 is only about 6,500 XP. Level 30-31 is like 85,000 XP. WTF?!

It's a grind, but you can probably get there in 2-3 regular levels. If you really work at it, it's not all that bad.

im just going to stick to my UMP45 i haven't had any significantly fantastic games with the MP7 although i'll admit it is a very nice gun, gonna prestige with my AK-47 or maybe the stinger.

Why are people crying so much about the grind from lvl30 to 31? If you used the time spend whining in this thread about it lvl'ing the gun you'd have gotten it by now :v:

I kinda like the USAS 12, but it's impossible for me to get any kills with it on Core.

Did he even know how to use that gun? Was he even playing with attention? Because they ARE shitty. In fact, he was [I]trying[/I] to kill me. He kept coming after me. The KSG honestly isn't bad. Just because it can't one-shot people consistently doesn't mean it's bad. A lot of snipers, especially the bolt action ones, don't one-shot kill consistently. I can usually get off a second shot with any of the shotguns before they realize where I am. You must be facing off against some opponents with incredibly fast reflexes if they pinpoint where you are, spin around, and kill you before you can even shoot again. The KSG isn't the slowest shotgun. I believe it's on par with the SPAS-12, both being pump action shotguns.

You seem to take peoples opinions really personally. Just relax, okay? Obviously I use something different but I'm still going to mention it in a thread for discussing things. I find shotguns (with the exception of the Striker and 1887) fairly useless even though I ran a train on CoD4/WaW/MW2/Black Ops with them. Other people seem to agree.
