i love the spas
Shotgun should have never been secondary
Dogs go for anyone regardless of perks. They are attracted to unsilenced gunshots otherwise they run towards any target they can hunt down.
Ghost protects you against spy planes, ghost pro protects you from chopper gunners, gunships, sentry guns and IR sights.
You cannot prevent being seen by a black bird.
I just literally ninja'd 8 kills with marathon/lightweight/ninja and a spas.
I think people's jaws dropped after this.
It even involved jumping around evading semtex's and fooling people by going through a way and then going back the other so they'd think I'd went the first way.
Amazing shit got me a chopper gunner in a care package. I had forgotten how BAD it was. The pilot must have epilepsy or something.
Who's saying Blackbird is useless? Blackbird is amazing. In Black Ops I always ran Spy Plane, Counter Spy Plane, and Blackbird. It was a really great series of streaks to help the team out, especially in objective games.

MMMM, the AA12 is simply Delicious.
Just saw an interview on Xbox live where they interviewed an developer from IW on MW3 and he said they are going to do 1-2 DLC per month. Map packs, Spec ops missions, possible camo/gun enhancing things.
Well 1-2 dlc per month seems much, let's see how it works out I always liked the extra content which kept me on having fun.

Yeah, they also said that at XP. It's gonna be pretty great for people with Elite, getting all that content for free.

Camo and missions have to be paid for now? Okay, now that I can get angry at

They didn't confirm camos would be a part of it, but they said it would be more than maps. The only thing they did confirm was Spec Ops missions. Why would you get mad at that? It's the same thing as a map pack. You're buying DLC so you have more areas to play in.

Well, it's a mission. It doesn't make much sense to sell missions.. Maps, I understand. Obviously, lots of games sell maps as DLC. No problem there. But missions? Haven't seen that yet sold in any game. I'm fine with it, as long as they don't make it too much and don't have like, ten+ missions sold. That would be ridiculous.

Maybe it'll be a pack of like five missions or something, we don't know yet. I mean the game will already ship with a bunch of spec ops missions including survival mode support for every map in the game, and so for people who get tired of the same spec ops missions over and over again (like I did in MW2) you can get some new missions to spice things up.
I would welcome gun dlc with lots of variety like single guns after some time so I could choose one I really like and play with that one, aslong as it aint overpowered and goodly balanced.
How awesome would be spikes on shields? Like spikes on the downside of the shield so if you sprint into an enemy he gets about 1 dmg and gets slown down for 2 seconds :v: That would be kickin.

It won't happen, it's unfair on people that can't afford it.
It won't happen, it's unfair on people that can't afford it.
I mean people who cannot afford them would still play the other guns (which is many in the game) and for other people favorising a single gun they can just get that one to have some fun with that one? Without making it better, more like making it fill a gap of a weapon type that isnt still in the game also balanced. I love shotguns and there arent many in the game that I really like, as far as I remember the KSG is pump action and the Spas.. I wish for an M3 or something of that sort, that thing is a classic.
I really doubt they'll have you pay for exclusive weapons. That's just a shitstorm all over.

Mossberg 590 plzzzzzzz
Mossberg 590 plzzzzzzz
Why. What does the Mossberg bring to the table that the other shotguns lack?
Why. What does the Mossberg bring to the table that the other shotguns lack?
he wanted a "classic" pump action shotgun (like the M3, as mentioned in his post), the Mossberg 500 series fits that perfectly, as does a Remington 870.
Y'know, holding down the ironsights button with a shield should let you use your secondary.

yes, the NPCs can do it, why can't we?
just reduce accuracy of the sidearm to akimbo levels and we should be good
Then again NPCs could blindfire over cover in CoD4... why couldn't we do that.
lol

You could lean, and your hitboxes were basically like blind firing when you were leaning

blind firing as in they just stuck their arm up over it and fired
and you couldn't lean on consoles

Gears of Duty: Modern Sawgun Bloodfest
if they're coming out with so many DLCs and on a monthly basis they're likely gonna be small 1-2 MP maps 1-2 Spec-Ops maps, and 4-5 global camos would be nice, and not cost as much as the map packs we're used to. Regardless i'm getting hardened edition of MW3 so i'm not worrying till next November.
[editline]18th September 2011[/editline]
and i highly doubt they're gonna add guns for DLCs, overpowered or otherwise. It's just oozing with stupid.
If theres a prestige edition, I'll probably end up getting that. I'd like to get the free year of elite and eb games usually has a lot of left overs from people who didn't pick up their copy.

I doubt they'll keep making MW3 DLC once the new game is out (although it would be nice, still supporting a game a year after release) so everyone with the hardened and prestige basically get all of the MW3 DLC for free.
Didn't Battlefield try a gimmick with DLC weapons that got shoved up EA's ass?
Didn't Battlefield try a gimmick with DLC weapons that got shoved up EA's ass?
Erm, No.
What they did was ARG weapons, not DLC weapons.
