Or just die because your account has been infected by what tries to mask itself as a good game.
"hurr free game, sucks anyway, die" Go play BF3/whatever you find godly Gotta love the stakeout. It works perfectly for basically anything with a runner perk setup. Hmm... Scavenger or lightweight?...
The whole Battlefield and Call of Duty argument is like comparing CSI and Law and Order. They're completely different, but work on the same topic. One is faster paced and the other has a bit more realism, but they're both great.
More like hollywood and war documentaries. [editline]26th September 2011[/editline] Your point still stands though.
I'm not hopping on any bandwagon, if you go from Xbox 360 Black Ops to PC Black Ops you'll want to kill yourself, on PC it's awful compared to Xbox, not Compared to Xbox it's still awful, on PC i can't use the Stakeout, on Xbox i can. (And no i'm not crap with it, i've gone entire games using only the Stakeout and getting over 20 kills with a 2 - 4 bar connection, on Xbox 360) Don't assume i'm disliking the game because other people are doing the same, i hate the PC version i absolutely despise it, on Xbox it's fine i actually enjoy myself and it's a pretty decent game, there are other shooters i've played that i like more, but this is one that even at times when it annoys me, i like to come back to every now and then.
~6k stakeout kills on PC says otherwise, the only issue I had with black ops was the shit optimization
More like hollywood and war documentaries. I was never really fond of Black Ops MP, the only things I liked were the campaign (however short and historically inaccurate it was, it tried something diffrent) and Zombies (campy, adrenaline inducing, with lots of teamwork needed).

Loved MW2 and 1's multiplayer though.
MW2 and MW1 just felt more right. I started playing my first COD matches I ever had with black ops when I first got xbox live earlier this year and after playing about 3 months of black ops I just wanted to try MW2 out for one time and I instantly felt that it was beeing done better, it gave more of what it was trying to give than black ops. MW3 is simply going to top that
MW2 was focused more on fun than balance, and the balance suffered for it, leading to a game this is really frustrating most of the time and has a lot of really dumb bits, but it feels a lot more rewarding when you're doing well. Black Ops was focused more on balance than fun, and the balance suffered to it, leading to a game where only a couple guns are worth using and the rest are pretty bad, but it takes a lot more skill to do well at.
I think Modern Warfare 3 is going to be more balanced, considering they now have Strike Packages, so douchebags that like going for Killstreaks can do so, but for people who are team and objective players can get Pointstreaks? for that, then the hardcore Pro Perk Killstreaks Package.

It's catering to different playstyles, sure, but that doesn't really mean it'll be more balanced. It just means different kinds of players will be able to play how they want.
Except you could just take a launcher secondary to shoot it down, as you will also be able to do in MW3, so that's a moot point.
Exactly, but I'd prefer Support since i'll be able to help out my own team aswell as myself.
Exactly, but I'd prefer Support since i'll be able to help out my own team aswell as myself.
I know, that's my point. They're doing that to accommodate different playstyles. I don't see how it makes the game any more or any less balanced than it was before.

For some reason i think that the support strike package is going to be overpowered, especially if said player just loops the 3 lowest killstreaks keeping a constant supply of UAVs and CUAVs up, and whatever other last streak they want.
Ok, I'm gonna have to agree. Black Ops MP is shit. 30 fucking bullets and none of them hit the guy at less then 5m from my face with the AK74. Lots of similar episodes have happened. WHAT the FUCK is this shit?
Does anyone know who is doing the music for MW3? I hope they get Lorne Balf again or Harry Gregson-Williams. I looked it up and found nothing though.

He did the main themes for Mw2 but the bulk of the score is Lorne Balf's work. Balf is kinda of a protege/partner of Zimmer and they collaborate often. Same thing with Gregson-Williams.
MW3 better has good music like CoD4 or MW2 did.
MW2's music was quite awesome, and so was Black Ops's. Rooftops <3 MW1 wasn't as good compared, but still, nothing to be ashamed of. Also had pretty good music going on.

Again not to be a dick, but Lorn Balf did most of the work in MW2. I just dont think he gets his credit enough. However if Zimmer was to score the whole thing, then it would be so good.
Who did the music that played in the white house? That's the only important one to me, that track was awesome.
Zimmer's work in MW2
Who did the music that played in the white house? I loved the Brazil themes, The Safehouse Extraction, and the River Chase.
