If so, you'll be shooting Makarov right there, most likely.
I don't know, it seems a bit... weak. He's probably got some plan set up where Price and Soapy Mohawk Man get discovered and they need to evade some helicopters and dogs and shit. Like "One Shot, One Kill", actually.
Can we please quit talking about the [del]battlefags[/del] Battlefield 3 fans who are trolling in this thread?
I don't know about you, but we were discussing about MW3 until you came out and say "battlefags", good job.

Are there any aussies here that play competitively in either, blops or cod4?
ahahah competitive play

W@W had a similar moment in Vendetta, MW2 didn't have something as similar if I remember, but quite a few other games started trying to add similar moments. The stealth bit leading up to it was fun though, I still play the Hidden spec op just for that reason.

My friend and I played Split Screen "Hidden", we went over the edge in tactic00l.
Stop comparing BF3 with MW3. One of them is a battlefield simulator, the other one is a 360 sniping ballet course for beginners.
My friend and I played Split Screen "Hidden", we went over the edge in tactic00l.
That must be so much easier with two people, I only just passed it on Veteran, because seriously, the snipers are precogs or something. They knew what I was thinking I swear.

Hell, all the Spec Ops missions are easier with another player to help you along, especially in Hidden, Cristo Redentor, Snatch and Grab and Suspension. All on Vet, of course

I just saw some advertising for some cop show on TV. Some woman pulled the slide on a glock, and it sounded like when you pull the bolt on the Barret in MW2 :v:
After getting the recent gameinformer, I'm wondering if should get MW3. I liked the blops system of obtaining weapons, but I also like MW2's version. The only thing holding me back is the fact that it seems like all the guns are the same, and the fact that the trailer/spoiler reports say everything is just going to be the same as MW2; Action, intense scene, action, more action, random plot twist, action, action, ending being a letdown.

For starters, 50 levels is kind of shit for me. Then having to buy the stuff we wanted and buy stuff for the stuff we wanted and stuff for the stuff of the stuff we wanted was a bit irritating. Mw2 was just soo much more simple and had a bit more levels to chew through, and now we get 80 levels! (not counting prestiging, which might actually be a good idea now) I like how mw2 went actually a bit more then BO. The plot twists gave it sort of a change of pace, while BO seemed to be continuously hammering the same stone. Not that it was a boring game. The only problem with mw2's campaign was the last few levels, who felt like they rushed to the ending of the game. Like when they went after Makarov in the bone yard.
MW2 had way too many plot holes.
MW2 had way too many plot holes.
considering the direction style i'm surprised there were so few
MW2 had way too many plot holes.
Explain. I never really saw those huge plot holes... Or maybe I never payed attention to them. Anyway, which ones where?
Yeah, there were actually surprisingly few plotholes. A lot of the answers aren't really thrown out there, but if you look at like, newspaper clippings and such, you can answer a lot of the questions you have.

How did captain price survive COD4? How was captain price captured at the end of COD4? Why did shepard need to kill ghost and roach? They had no idea he was apart of the whole thing and he could have kept it easily hidden. And that's all I can remember at this point.
I can't believe MW3 went gold and there's still one month to go. I heard they were focusing on PC features as of now.

They assumed the U.S. was now working with him since they found a U.S. Agent with him. He had fingerprints. Besides, the U.S. would have claimed the body anyways. It's not like they just sent him in and forgot about him. Why not? He didn't get shot. He probably just had some injuries from the explosion. It didn't say he was. In fact the fan film Operation: Kingfish (that is apparently canon, according to Activision) says that he was shot during an operation and they had to leave him behind. Thus, he was captured. He didn't know exactly what they knew. They could have gone through the files as they downloaded them or something. He was being paranoid, and making absolutely sure that nobody knew anything. Those are pretty simple answers. [editline]8th October 2011[/editline]
I can't believe MW3 went gold and there's still one month to go. Also wasn't the Russian government friendly to makarov?

Task Force 141 is formed and they go on their very first mission to find Makarov, but it was a setup (likely orchestrated by Shepard) and Price was nearly killed and left behind. He was then captured.
