Well, seems like using Ursa and Skeleton King to kill Rosh at level 1 is a viable strategy. Two guys on my team did that, giving us a huge boost and easy gank 5 min in.

Sure, theres a chance that there will be a DotA veteran in the enemy team, but its not that big. All of the "pub tactics" and "pub basher" heroes are all valid currently, since theres nothing else than pub( with the kind of people you'll be getting).
