Yes Pudge becomes unkillable if you hang the game on for too long, but you need to know how and when to use your spells correctly.

If you are good player, then even as a fucking carry in a pub game, you will buy wards (at least some) and a donkey, even if just for own convenience. Now, because 1 person does so, other people get the benefit of wards/courier aswell. They didn't spend a dime, they didn't have to place them, they didn't even think about them.
