however I think tango abuse is eating a certain tree of the medium camp which allows you to create a new path at the back of the camp where you can aggro them out

i have no idea, I don't play much Dark Seer
but the fact that you can't stack Ion Shells is pretty major; I'd look around for a more up to date guide
I think what the guide means is:
you clear the small camp, then you do the tango trick on the medium camp so you can stack it at 1:00. unless the removal of double-shell means you can't clear the small camp fast enough, it should still work; and if it doesn't work, you can just ignore the tango trick and do a normal pull at 1:30

Really, is there a report button for poor teamplay? I hate playing with 3 people in a party. They never listen and think because they have positive KDR they are good. They run away team fights after getting hit once so they don't die.
