We know heroes are coming and if you are eager enough there is always old dota. Things like additional health counter, icons, slowmo for replays, this we can only guess.

there is a update every week, also icefrog mentioned something about fixing field of view during night (its too little now, except for some heroes) and clinckz seems to be the next hero

I guess I was just playing SK wrong (just dead wrongz) then, infact SK was my very very first Dota 2 hero, I just quitted in the middle of the game. I don't like him, anyway.
