All alone though she's probably going down, unless she can get away fast enough with something like shadow blade or she's well fed/he's underfed.

Ended up carrying as an afterthought.

Lina & CM's explain why they have a rivalry, for instance (they're sisters) and why Sniper/Tinker/Clockwerk are often rivals (they're all the same race). A lot of it is just left to in-game comments and imagination, though, like in TF2.

Why does Dragon Knight have lines for purchasing the scepter if it doesn't buff his final?

perhaps they plan to make it affect his ult soon enough.... time will tell soon enough...
