I guess some Russians will just tick all region as Active when MatchMaking. I play SE Asia region.
Even sometimes when I join a public private match which is being announced on SEA chat channels and I still get 25% Russians.
I just don't know why most of them are so bad.

Welcome to my life. Though the death thing is completely unrelated. There was Viper who was getting kills left right and centre, and me who dedicated straight farming. Yet I had the shitty KDR, doesn't mean I'm not getting any farm at all. But that game we had a Pudge who kept hooking his teammates and was too timid to fight in 2v1's, and Yunero which never did crap in the first place. We could've won if Juggernaut was actually with us the whole time.

Retarded people are getting on my nerves, and they seem to always be the people who change the game.

Traxex/Drow Ranger is a pretty good beginner carry.
She's very straightforward and if you play her right she can be huge late game.

If im not wrong, those are the "situational" items that DOTA 2 suggests, so easy mistake for a newcomer.

With all the money in the world, I don't see a problem with Agh' on Veno, its around 500~ extra damage but its kinda of a waste of money in a real game where you dont shit money and you don't have enough mana pool to take advantage of the "low" cooldown from it.

Edit;

Manta only if you are forced to be the teams carry, which is not ideal.

Lina waited to last hit. The creeps in front of her slashed and clawed into the air. There were carries in the lane. She didn't see them, but had expected them now for years. Her items that she bought for herself were just stats, but it was too late to get other items. Far too late for now, anyway.
Lina was a ganker/support for fourteen years. When she was young she watched the lanes and he said to her dad "I want to be on a lane daddy."

There was a time when she believed him. Then as she got oldered she stopped. But now in the top lane of the Radiant she knew there weren't carries.
"This is Beardy" the chat crackered. "You must not be a carry!"
So Lina got her Dragon Slave out and tried to be a support
"HE GOING TO HELP US" said the carry
"I will use her help" said the carry and he went on to farm. Lina leveled Dragon Slave and got the appropriate items. But then the ganks happened and they were trapped and not able to kill.
"No! I must be the support" she shouted
Then Beardy said "No, Lina. You are the carries"
And then Lina was a carry.[B][/B]
