With aghs, you can basically free ult creeps. I scream creeps as well, theres no point not to unless its right before a team fight or you're early lane farming and even then its pretty good for clearing out waves.

perhaps but it's still a KEY teamfight/ganking ability, i'd rather always have if for the teamfight. Plus QoP's animation is pretty good so it's not hard to just scream then right click
If it's not russians, its brazillians. I wish I didn't give up when I got on teams like those. I just walked around, ulted, then ran back home (Tidehunter). Didn't farm at all so I was 3 levels behind my team.

Also, finally recovered from my 10 game losing streak from a while back, I just need to q with friends and I'll break even in no time.

We should get together for some DOTA tomorrow. We've been doing pretty well in mm so far in the practice group, as long as the team comp is solid.

I played silencer but only got stats around 8-3-9 or something like that but I never get why I should get force staff, it seems difficult to use and I'm not sure if it would help at all.

It's not difficult to use... Double tap activate, bam you're pushed forward. Single tap and target, bam, target is pushed forward. If you're scared of using it wrong, just play safe with it and only use it on yourself as a blink.

I played DOTA way before the force staff update and i had a hard time beliving it was a good item but as soon as u realize how fucking amazingly useful it can be, you just love getting it.
