I'm sure this is old, but it always makes me laugh that this music actually ended up in the game files.
Oh sweet I never saw that dreadnought scene!
It's quite awesome.
If you mean fantasy I think there's really only Mark of Chaos. For 40k there's nothing that really really large scale, DoW 1 is larger scale than 2 (bigger armies).
Final Liberation?
I hope space marine does well, I would really like there to be more 40k games that aren't RTSs.
IG need some loving too
:(

What's even better is the fact that now there is a new engine for THQ to make games on. That means, possibly even more Warhammer action games due to already having a lot of resources.
I'd like to see more games that don't focus primarily on Space Marines and/or Orks. :v:
[SUB][SUB]Eldar would be nice, please and thank you[/SUB][/SUB]
imperial guard!
fighting against the black cursade and orks and nids
it'd be epic!
I wanna see a horror game.
It's totally possible.
indeed, like a surviving citizen of some hive city trying to survive chaos.
Very little weapons, mostly hide mechanics.
And in the end the survivor would meet the ig regiment
be summarly executed for cowardice
I'd have to imagine civilian life in 40k would suck a bit.
Most anti-climatic ending ever.
Depends on your act, you could either die and the screen fade to black, saying how the righteous survive and those who dont die for the emperor pay with their life
...or when you're about to be executed, cultists, chaos marines and deamons come out of their hiding, you just lured the regiment to a huge ambush
And the game continues somehow.
It later picks up with a dreadnought coming out of nowhere and smashing everything.
Can someone explain what all the Tau hate i've seen from W40K fans is for?
If you go loyal, you lose the first character but you continue with an imperial guard that find strange of them to execute so many civilians (including the previous player character). Then he found out their commander might be corrupted.
If you go corrupted you lead the regiment to a massacre and in return the forces of chaos reward you by kicking you into the warp then you have to endure all the shit.

no matter your acts, in the end, this happens
Can someone explain what all the Tau hate i've seen from W40K fans is for?
Weaboo Communists that are Lawful Neutral.
I am disgusted.
they have vaginas on their faces
it's like so gross and dumb
ewwww

I hate it when people use the word Weeaboo wrong. They aren't really communist either.

Wait, why would a civilian be executed for cowardice? He'd rather just be drafted to the PDF.
I'd have to imagine civilian life in 40k would suck a bit.
Actually it isn't so bad, when you look at the scale of everything. The Imperium holds about a million worlds or so, and most of those are relatively peaceful. There's the occasional IG draft where the planetary governor picks a couple thousand young men at random and sends them off, but it's a pretty low chance to get selected if the population is in the hundreds of thousands. Hiveworlds and feral worlds suck though.
Can anyone help me with Wave 20 last stand on CR?
Can someone explain what all the Tau hate i've seen from W40K fans is for?
I don't really understand the hate for them either.
To be honest, i think they're one of the coolest races.
But in any case, people might hate them because they refer to mecha anime in some way.
I don't really understand how they're a reference to mecha anime apart from their battlesuits.
When Tau came out, there was a lot of criticism because they didn't really match up with the grimdark setting that 40k had established, but that has died down quite a bit.
I just think they could use some more story expansion, like some dark secret about the "Greater Good" philosophy being revealed.
IG need some loving too

We'll see that loving in Dark Millenium.
I hope Relic releases a video showing all the classes you could play as in Dark Millenium soon.
I thought Relic wasn't working on Dark Millennium?
They aren't, Vigil Games are developing it with THQ publishing.

Sorry, my bad.
Anyway, it's the 18th of august now, did they tell us about some certain time the Space Marine demo will be out?

There's already a few suggested 'dark secrets' about the Tau - The Ethereals, Farsight, etc
Rumoured 'mind control' on the vespids but that's just Imperial propoganda.

Eh, i meant some specific time like 16:00 or 18:00 or something like that.
10 AM PST, 1 PM EST apparently (55 minutes)
When is the PS3/360 Space Marine demo out?
So Space marine multiplayer is going to be "F2P"? No dedicated servers?

P2P, peer to peer. F2P is what TF2 is... Free to Play.
But yes I think Space Marine is P2P
