I don't think it will be like that more likely 3-4 at a time and they'll probably be as strong as the Nobs in the demo.
I recall seeing game footage where they roughly a bit tougher than a regular Ork, still can beat them easily in combat.
I had always assumed that, marine for marine, an individual SM was a better combatant than a CSM, and that the CSM's used larger forces to overcome this.
Chaos Marines have dark powers on their side and literally thousands years more worth of experience than your regular 300 year service Space Marine, top that with hordes of mutants and renegades at their hands and the power of daemonic summoning and their own ten thousand strong legion? They are the great enemy but they are always shown as not much of a challenge in the video games, especially when you got three guys taking them out fairly easy.
But this game is trying to go out and please more than just a fluff lover so its understandable we'll be fighting tons of 'evil marines' and show the superiority of the 'good marines'
It's a shame that it's non-cannon, since Titus is commanding the 2nd Company, and it takes place in early M42.
Personally, I like Titus more than Cato. He's much less of a snobby douchebag hothead.

It's under maintenance at the moment.
GW could just say Titus died like 5 minutes after the game ends so Cato takes over, job done it's all canon.

Actually it'd have to be before Agemann.

All the games are both non-canon and canon at the same time to me.
I just don't really care about canon in a universe as old and complicated as the 40k one. So many authors have contributed to it.
It doesn't help that most authors just don't reveal the year, like in the Killing Ground Pasanius asks what the year is and presumably Graham McNeil figured it'd be easier just not telling anyone.
Completed the demo, streamed it, died ALOT.
Now, to mourne over the lack of more spehss mehrins
Great idea putting a password on Firestorm over Kaurava that you get only if you register on their forums. I'm going to register on those forums if I want to, not going to be forced into it, not to mention it took me 20 seconds on Google to find it.
I always imagined CSM to have weaker armor, seeing as they use the older version of most SM equipment.

Most of them are insane aswell, and their equipment is unlikely to be maintained properly.

All Space Marines are masters of unarmed combat, proficient with all Imperial weaponry. Chaos Marines will have had millenia to hone these skills. Much of their equipment is of a daemonic nature, possessed by some warp entity. While it may turn on them at some point, it'll still aid them in the slaughter of anything it doesn't like.
I bought assault on black reach.
gon try to conver the smarines to chaos

Actually, some of the older equipment could be better, since most Loyalist armour was made/desgined during/shortly after the heresy when resources were scarce.
just ordered a wood elf lord and 10 eternal guard, meaning i now have 1 at least 1 unit for each area
You guys should check out the CYOA I'm currently running in general discussion, we're an imperial guardsman there (Dark Heresy-based) that's fighting the good fight against the heretics who think they can escape the emperors wrath.

yes.
And older terminator armor was better quality.
There was some shit that the oldest termie armor looked quite different and was nigh unkillable

More shoulder pauldrons than marine.
Wondering if I should get Soulstorm or not now that it is on sale. I already have all the other DoWs, SS is the only missing one.

It's alright, I'm using DoWPro with it and it's tolerable, if you ignore the awful flying units at any rate. The Dark Eldar are a cool faction, not played as the SoB.

It's still not enough.

old terminators looked awesome.
anyway I want to convert the ultrasmurfs into the service of nurgle, and so far untill I've come up with a way of removing the imperial eagles and found a way to add more spikes, tusks and chaos stars I've amused myself with coming up with a colour scheme, which consists of grenchil green base and mouse grey trim.
Can I fluff them as a gang that just went renegade until they turn?
Also is there any material or good way to add chaos markings and corruption? I've seen lots of done on alot of homebrew models.
Found this, it was posted by Sinsmarter in LMAO pics.

See Rayven that looks pretty to scale to me, even if the dimensions look off (the drop pod I mean)
Somewhat, but somethings of about the marine, unless everyone standing near him is 6 foot, he's still too small, plus not bulky enough either.

Unless you have a genetically modified huge person in some huge armor, you won't be able to get it right (with a person inside). The person has to be able to walk and move and stuff. You can kind of tell all they really did was make his legs bigger taller. Don't criticize it too much
And again, I don't think any two depictions of Space Marines have the same dimensions. The DoW 2 intro is much different than Space Marine, which is different than what's on the cover of the Blood Angel's Omnibus, which is different than codex drawings, etc.
god if they going to make a event they have to actually construct a 1:1 droppod and rise a warrior of around 8 foot tall that can spit acid and have 2 hearts and also make an armor with materals that doesnt even exist what you talking about...
RayvenQ calm your tits.
