It doesn't seem like a servitor to me as it seems to have some sort of personality, and looks 100% robotic.

Men of Iron did cease to exist a long time ago, but that doesn't mean there still can't be one or a few left. The imperium even found a STC for them but it was corrupt.
Yeah they found one, albeit, it had been dormant. Hard to tell really wth just that one panel, needs more context.
Although it does have a bit of a necron look to it, could be a necron construct made from non living metal/what they had lying around, the voice could be a necron lord remote possessing the machinery.

I dont think you get it. Space marine will have an update for coop a month after release. If you own it you get it. So like on steam it automatically downloads.

If you buy it new then yes. It's a way for them to try to stop used game sales / profit from used games.
Ever copy on steam is "new." I'm sure this doesn't effect the PC market at all.

I've just heard of games being removed from accounts, Steam accounts being disabled and the occasional key not even working outside of Steam, but yeah for the price it's definitely a good deal if it turns out alright.
