Technically, the Tau do have a Titan equivalent: http://www.forgeworld.co.uk/Warhammer-40000/TAU-MANTA.html
Technically anything above a Warhound titan can shoot that thing down while its still in space.
Technically anything above a Warhound titan can shoot that thing down while its still in space.
Er...what? Where did you get that idea from? Never heard anything about Titans being able to shoot stuff in Space.
Also I notice the Eldar are always referred to as a 'dying race', Is that just a case of them dying quicker than they can reproduce? Or is the species sterile?
Also I notice the Eldar are always referred to as a 'dying race', Is that just a case of them dying quicker than they can reproduce? Or is the species sterile?
A bit of both. They're slowly dying due to plot.
Also I notice the Eldar are always referred to as a 'dying race', Is that just a case of them dying quicker than they can reproduce? Or is the species sterile?
They once had a huge empire, but now there are hardly any of them left.
Also I notice the Eldar are always referred to as a 'dying race', Is that just a case of them dying quicker than they can reproduce? Or is the species sterile?
They have very short lifespans relative to the rest of the galaxy.
Relic marketing what are you doing Wait fuck it's Tricia Helfer nevermind
Also I notice the Eldar are always referred to as a 'dying race', Is that just a case of them dying quicker than they can reproduce? Or is the species sterile?
A mix of not being able to reproduce fast enough and something about "eww babies". The Eldar in general have this problem about emotions and are constantly keeping them in check and making sure they are very dull people.
More emotional than Space Marines though

Don't think they're going to work.
Well, those were awkard and funny at the same time. Don't think they're going to work.
These kind of commercials are always awkward as hell
Relic marketing what are you doing Wait fuck it's Tricia Helfer nevermind
Forget Tricia Heifer, LAnce Fucking Henriksen! When he says he's a Space Marine, he really sounds like he is.
Er...what? Where did you get that idea from? Never heard anything about Titans being able to shoot stuff in Space.
Yeah, iirc it's Emperor class Titans that can shoot down orbiting Battleships and such. Would be awesome if they did a PC vs Mac Parody "Hi, I'm a Sace Marine" "And I iz Da ORK, WAAAGH!"
Yeah, iirc it's Emperor class Titans that can shoot down orbiting Battleships and such.
Wow. Never heard that before. Where is that from? Also, isn't an Emperor Titan the largest one? Other than a Castigator titan?
I know Emperor Classes can for certain (High orbit too/0 Though for the others Reaver and Warlord, I'm not sure whether they are in atmo or low orbit.
I know Emperor Classes can for certain (High orbit too/0 Though for the others Reaver and Warlord, I'm not sure whether they are in atmo or low orbit.
Can you tell me where you got this information from? It seem strange, considering they can't really aim up.
What is the difference between Deathwing and normal SPESS?
Just played the demo for Space Marine on my PS3, it felt like it played really well, although the camera is a tad bit too close to be swiveling it with the analog stick.
More marketing shit, Mark Strong voices the main character and actually sounds like he knows what he's talking about, plus it isn't cheesy as fuck.
Hmm, in that case, can anyone recommend a pre-existing chapter that is generally known to be angry? So essentially an angry marines army using the rules of an official one.
Blood Angels if you're an emo, Imperial Fists if you're a man.
Gonna play some Dawn of War 1. Boy will I enjoy myself.
Blood Angels if you're an emo, Imperial Fists if you're a man.
Wait don't tell me they a chapter for every stereotype of man?
Can you tell me where you got this information from? It seem strange, considering they can't really aim up.
Can't remember where, and on reflection, they wouldn't aim straigh up, they'd aim at an angle, above the horizon.
What is the difference between Deathwing and normal SPESS?
Deathwing = First Company (so Terminators) and Ravenwing is more or less the Assault element of the chapter, preffering to use bkes and speeders and such.
Yes, yes there is. I meant this as a reply to red_pharoah.
Space Wolves are the Real men chapter of the Space Marines. I'd rather go drinking with the Wolves than be put in the Fists Pain Glove.
Space Wolves are the Real men chapter of the Space Marines. But when it comes to being badass, the Black Templars/Dark Angels take it all, in my opinion.
So I just played the Space Marine demo. Wow holy shit that was cool. But I'm still unsure wether I should buy the full game.
So I just played the Space Marine demo. Wow holy shit that was cool. But I'm still unsure wether I should buy the full game.
Why are you still unsure? Do you think Space Marine is lacking something? You think it's going to be too short?
I just had a Major Warhammergasm.
Why?
