A mix of not being able to reproduce fast enough and something about "eww babies". The Eldar in general have this problem about emotions and are constantly keeping them in check and making sure they are very dull people.
More emotional than Space Marines though

I know Emperor Classes can for certain (High orbit too/0 Though for the others Reaver and Warlord, I'm not sure whether they are in atmo or low orbit.

Just played the demo for Space Marine on my PS3, it felt like it played really well, although the camera is a tad bit too close to be swiveling it with the analog stick.
More marketing shit, Mark Strong voices the main character and actually sounds like he knows what he's talking about, plus it isn't cheesy as fuck.

Can't remember where, and on reflection, they wouldn't aim straigh up, they'd aim at an angle, above the horizon.

Deathwing = First Company (so Terminators) and Ravenwing is more or less the Assault element of the chapter, preffering to use bkes and speeders and such.
