Absoloute Fluff Rape.
What? Explain please.
I can't remember any.
I can't remember the specifics, or rather, my mind chooses not to, but it was terribad.
How about a lone fire warrior taking onMarines, Commissars, Dreds and other stuff and coming out alive
Retribution's campaign was fine IMO. Dawn of War 2's had its fair share of corny moments.
"NO, TYRANIDS"
"Rant all you want Eldar, we stand, and you have fallen."
*everyone dies a little*
In the end of the cinematics of the first Dow2, the developers should have made an extra scene of all the thunderhawks going to a nearby planet with some remaining eldars there and they just slap them around "WE TOLD YOU WE WOULD COME OUT VICTORIOUS, WITCH!" despite the fact they have lost a lot of shit.
Beakie armor best armor
Specially these custom Corvus helmets they do for the Raven Guard.
The Beaky is probably my favorite.

Dont he also shoot Chaos terminators?
Space marine makes me want to play Warhammer online again, man that game was so great but
has too many problems to even bother anymore, the atmosphere and community for an MMO is still amazing though.
Anyone heard anything from the other warhammer MMO they announced a couple years back or something?
Was really looking forward to it but not heard anything since.

Oh I read the OP, it's supposed to be released in 2013? Holy shit I'll be in my 20's and have a fully grown penis by then, why so late..
Space Marine is the first Warhammer 40k game I've ever played, does anyone have any tips on how I can get into Warhammer? Know the lore, characters, etc. Also Space Marine was lots of fun, I barely used the guns.

For some people asking how to get into the lore, heres what I did to get into it (about two months ago.)
I would recommend first to just keep following this thread. You pick up on things rather quickly.
Second, read a Warhammer book series. I read Gaunt's Ghosts; a series I would highly recommend. (I have so much fething respect for Imperial Guardsmen now.)
Third, browse the wiki. If there's a term or a person talked out in either the thread or the book that you're confused about, look it up. Usually that starts a wiki reading spree and by the time its over, you come out much more knowledgeable.

Did the same thing, curious to learn more about the Blood Angels, 1 minute later I hated Matt Ward with every fiber of my being.
To celebrate the upcoming release of Space Marine, I am going to get all my paint back from my cousin and paint some Space Marines.
I was looking at some Death Korps Grenadiers on forge world when my dad came in.
He asked I was gonna start building and painting again, I answered yes.
"Which one of them do you want for christmas then?" he said pointing at the screen.
I am so happy I could shit a titan.

First joke about titan or emperor class battleship at some jesus scales.
Then ask Death Korps.
Yes but without TableTop there wouldn't be any of it. The Fluff is part of TableTop really (As it mostly comes from Codexes, White dwarf etc and novels)
Sure, but while TT was what started the universe, the universe itself gained a life of it's own that is no longer completely dependant on TT. A lot of universe changes are still propagated trough it, but it's not necessary.
Likewise TT is not an actual representation of fluff in all cases. Marines are notable weaker than their fluff version just for reference.
To go make a scale of canonity.
Backstory of all media - full cannon. Aka what happens what is done and similar.
Rulesets of all media - depending on the media - partial cannon. TT is potentially the most cannon in that regard but still only partial.
Like plasma weapons essentially being almost faultless in the fluff, rarely overheating and going critical, While being somewhat common in TT.

They're on Mk8 Errant now. :)
A MKVI Corvus helmet has some small advantages over the MKVII Aquila helmet, although it also has some weaknesses. I'm not aware of most of them, but I know that if a marine wearing a Corvus helmet gets shot through an eyepiece, the helmet will direct more power to his other eye to compensate, whereas the more modern Aquila helmet does not.
Which book is this from? I remember it vaguely as he takes a shot from an eldar ranger in the eye.
One of the worst things BL did was take down the full archives of PDF samples, best way to find books to chase down you might enjoy.

There's a free Warhammer Online based thing coming out soon I think. It's basically Warhammer Online scenarios, where you can chose your character from a selection of "heroes". Sounds interesting, as scenarios were one of the greatest things about WAR.

God damn it.
Don't worry, after a while he'll be reborn in the Warp and you can just pick him up then.

Yes I know, which is a Modification of MK7, not an entirely new suit, major diferences are armoured cabled and raised collar, but its not in widespread use.
They make new technology? I thought they stopped some time after the Emperor died. I remember reading about a tech priest being killed because he proposed that they should focus more on creativity than tradition.

How could they let such a thing be made.
How.
I only remember the first mission of Fire Warrior. I liked the whole trench part of it.

If Standard Template Constructs are found the Mechanicus takes it apart and tries to find out how to works and how it could be made to kill heretics and xenos better.
I think innovation and exploiting Old Tech is acceptable if it goes through the proper channels. Obviously the threat of chaos-tainted equipment is always there (see the Emperor's Children) but if the Techpriests on Mars come up with something and they OK it I wouldn't be surprised if the Imperium accepts it.
I could be completely wrong though.
Tau women prefer human men.
Fuck yes.
The Ruinous Powers have blessed me, for i was able to rebuild the Chaos Terminator that had been crushed into pieces rather quickly.

Pretty much all archeotech should be sent to Mars right after they are found, as far as I know.

Of course, some inquisitors and rogue traders still prefer to keep those valuable artifacts to themselves. Don't know if that's actually "allowed" or not.
Malal? And what's next, Squats are making a come back?

What is Malal? Never heard of it.
Malal is a renegade Chaos god which is also known as Malice.
You really haven't heard of him?
