Have any of you noticed the Imperial Guardsmen quotes in Retribution?
When you upgrade an Imperial Guardsman squad to use plasma guns, a guardsman says 'It's dangerous to go alone, take this.'.
And when you click on an extra armor upgrade for Imperial Guard vehicles, an Imperial Guardsman says 'More armor for the armor, right.'. :v:

Only Scouts and Imperial Guardsman can equip them, to the best of my knowledge, much like there is a Stalker-pattern Boltgun instead of a Sniper Rifle.

I never got this though.
If space marine are like, super soldiers with great discipline in combat, why not let them use other equipments aswell?

Because they probably wouldn't be able to hold the guns properly.

But to my knowledge, they haven't made any bigger versions of a grenade launcher/sniper rifle for Astartes.
Why would they need a Grenade launcher when their main weapon is a semi-full automatic 20 odd mm rocket propelled armour pierdcing grenade gun (essentially) with a multitude of diferent rounds?

Ah, i know what he means but he has misunderstood.
In W40K the Necrontyr were at war with a race called the Old Ones (creators of Orks, Eldar and a few other things) and lizardmen in Fantasy have something called Old Ones.
