I love the heavy bolter. Deploy it and fuck shit up.

I built two tacticool muhreens today and when I returned from school I noticed there were two more next to the ones I already built
Turns out my mother got interested and built one marine with a boltgun and a sergeant with a mk5 shoulderpad and beakie helmet
Love her for the beakie
That's awesome.
Though, if i may ask, where did you get the mk5 gear/beakie helm?
Forgeworld?

The standard marine sprue comes with a beakie helmet and studded shoulderpad for every five marines.
Am i the only one with fragmentation of 1086250% or so?
Oh, playing Assault\Raptor on map Manufactorum (am i right about its name?) is fun. Lots of open space, while in air, find one victim, strike down and get your kill. Pretty hard to play as Devastator\Havoc for me..
Well, i just played my first match in Space Marine as a Chaos Marine, (victory) and this game already seems to be awesome as fuck to me.
Though, Raptors and Assault Marines sort of always have the upper hand, in my opinion.
Chaos marines look badass
come at me loyalists

You have to take the fight to them and constantly move around and attack. The easiest thing for an assault marine is to attack someone who is trying to play defensively.
That being said, if you get latched on to by a Thunderhammer/Demon Maul then you will be missed, because I have no idea how to counter those guys.
Guys I think I made it to the warp

I kept falling down and down into the warp until I died, notice how I shot the plasma gun while wielding the hammer, it happened after I executed an ork through right besides the wall, and I got clipped

Is it possible for me to buy an additional copy on Steam and gift it to someone in the UK?
If anyone asks its a relic.
So i asked the lead admin of the W40K wiki what his source for Harakoni Warhawks being white and blue is, turns out there isn't one. He said "The picture was chosen by the editor of that page because it is obviously a Warhawk based on the armour and sigils used and I have seen that blue variant used in tournament play. I have no problem with a variant colour scheme for an Imperial Guard regiment, which are far more variable even when raised from the same world than are Space Marine Chapters. Additionally, variable colours even within a single regiment are completely canon. See the example of the 8th Cadian Regiment in the 4th Edition Imperial Guard Codex, pg. 31."
So basically, you can use whatever you want and claim it to be a colour scheme for the wiki.
Space Marine multiplayer is starting to wear on me a bit, just got level 24, about 10 hours put into it give or take an hour. As far as I can tell Assaults are basically useless. I never seen an Assault player do better than 1:1 ratio wise. The chainsword is entirely useless as it's advantage of being fast is entirely outweighed by the fact that you need to get in close to kill people and by the time you get there you have no armor so time is not on your side. The power axe is slightly better but still pretty rough. The Thunderhammer is an absolute monster that will outright kill everything short of an iron halo devastator, but this is traded for a severe reduction in mobility. Still, Thunderhammer Assault is really the only way I see the class played competitively.
Tacticals usefulness depends on what weapon they are using. The bolter is really the only midrange gun they have, and its pretty mediocre until you get Kraken ammo in which case it is damn near overpowered. All of the tacticals guns and perks (from what I have seen) are pretty decently balanced as well, this is probably why it's my favorite class.
Devs are cheap as hell. They get 3 annoying weapons, damn-near invulnerability, and, most confusing of all, easily the best melee option in the game with their stomp (strips everyone around of armor instantly). The heavy bolter is basically the bolter on steroids once you take the half-second to set it up, the Lascannon is a semi-automatic sniper rifle that can two shot anywhere, and the plasma cannon is probably one of the most broken things I have seen in a game, let alone a competitive shooter. The charged up blast can kill you from farther than a grenades radius away, and it fire out 4 shots that each do all of your armor and half your health individually.
Coincidently, I got bored of playing devastator after the first night because it was just too easy. The lascannon is really the only weapon that requires a single iota of skill and your only counter are enemy snipers. Tacticals have to get in your range to kill you and die as they face your heavy bolter or plasma cannon, and assaults either hope they have a Thunderhammer or get behind you, otherwise the Dev will just grind you apart with stomp/heavy weapon spray.
It's still a fun game, I just don't like how one class is almost impossible to do well with and another class is brokenly easy to play, leaving only one real balanced class.
One thing that annoys me about Space Marine:...What the FUCK have they done to the beaky helmet?!?!
Just started playing Dark Crusade, after only playing a bit of the normal Dawn of War beforehand. I must say, the battles seem to be on a much larger scale, or didn't I get very far in the first Dawn of War?
Space marines suck.
Guard rules. Especially Commisars.

It really is a skill thing, I've gotten 2:1 ratios from using chainsword-wielding Assault/Raptor before, plenty of times and I can never get a hold of Devastators.
We should all play together and level up, I want to get battle damaged armour which requires me to die a lot :V

Yeah, he is an idiot. He says this a Harakoni Warhawk even though it's not, and when i told him it wasn't he just said it COULD be one of their variations. I can make pink ones and put them up by that logic.

Assault MArine: Find a group of enemies, jump, throw your grenades into them, try to hit a few in melee before you die, watch as they're blown up with the Final Vengeance perk.

Watching them dive towards my corpse and giving me +150exp (or +200 if Revenge) because of that makes me happy.
Assault Marine can easily flank Devastators that use Heavy Bolter or Lascannon.
