How long is space marine? I was thinking about getting it but it looks like a short story kind of game. How many hours if im not dinking around slowly? I would say that it took me 13 hours for metro 2033 - compare to that.
It took me about 10 but I was messing around a lot and mostly only used bolter and chainsword. It's about a 6-8 hour game. It was still awesome though and multiplayer is pretty damn fun.

but MP is helllllla fun.
MP is pretty fun. I usually play a couple rounds a day. Around level 23 right now. I just feel that I'll stop playing it once I hit max level like I do in most MP that has a leveling system.

He would be good in a 40K movie but the problem is that we don't need another fucking ultramarines thing. If anything. The blood angels would be a hilarious chapter to have a movie based on.
Had a seven hour long game yesterday against 2 people who were new. I let them play with my orkz.
We set up a terrain that favored the orkz heavily, that I didn't notice until later. Ended up my force being picked off one by one, and lost my last real defence - the flamethrower because a ork from a squad of 12 dropped his slugga and that misfire killed him.
In the end they all rushed my missile launcher dude and a spess muhreen and my dreadie. After looking up close combat rules for walkers for an hour, my dreadie alone went into rape-train mode, killed off entire squad in sweeping advance and then had an epic duel with warboss. Warboss managed to chop off dreadies arm but then dreadie got his shit together and kicked warboss with his tiny little legs untill he fell and then elbow-dropped him.
gonna start building an urban game table for the game.

Basically a chance for a marine to redeem himself from a crime normally punishable by death by undertaking a suicide mission. His chapter colors and insignias are stipped from him and he is given a task, mostly the instructions are vague but sometime they are direct. After sucessful completion of the mission the marine is reinstated into his chapter.
Basically a 'bre badass or die' type dealie.
