In a fit of idiocy I glued the tau piranha pirates in before I painted them. How the fuck do I get these cunts out?
You can't, you're fucked. take apart the piranha and dig them out idunno
In a fit of idiocy I glued the tau piranha pirates in before I painted them. How the fuck do I get these cunts out?
Cut them apart, then make a Tau Centipede out of their parts.
real guardsmen take down titans with their fists.
I was watching a Miniwargaming Battle Report where a single Renegade Guardsman took out a titan single-handedly.
I assembled my models, then painted them. Protip: Don't do that.
I was watching a Miniwargaming Battle Report where a single Renegade Guardsman took out a titan single-handedly.
Yep, saw that as well.
Miniwargaming matches are surprisingly fun to watch. I remember watching an "epic" battle or something with metric shit tons of units, too bad it was never finished.
I was watching a Miniwargaming Battle Report where a single Renegade Guardsman took out a titan single-handedly.
It's always horrible to be on the receiving end of those huge odd situations IE my terminator killed in close combat by Tau Markerlight drone :|
By a sires of unlucky dice rolls my weapons always miss.
It's always horrible to be on the receiving end of those huge odd situations IE my terminator killed in close combat by Tau Markerlight drone :|
Not as bad as losing 5 terminators from termagaunt shooting.
Not as bad as losing 5 terminators from termagaunt shooting.
Losing entire Terminator unit to a single reaper.
Let me guess, they sing Staying Alive? Oh wait.. :v:
No, they sing Another one Bites the Dust
Just like my IG army. Damn Cyclocious. He wiped out my command squad on his second turn, 8/10 troopers in a unit and then got the last two as they ran away. he then killed Made Lascannon team A run away. Broke my Leeman Russ exterminator. and Wiped out the other Lascannon team. F*** He then took out my storm troopers leaving only the Sargent to fend off again most of his tyraninds while standing on a hill (he lasted two rounds) He took out both my sentinels and finished of the Leeman russ. Now all i have left is one squad of guardsmen and a damaged Chimera. To fend off against a hive tyrant, two huge units of gaunts and a pair of lictors. Are there rules for self destructing?
This Vassal thing is supposedly done online, do you choose your units and such on some site?
This Vassal thing is supposedly done online, do you choose your units and such on some site?
You download the engine, then the what you may call mod for it. http://www.vassal40k.info/ Look for info here.
Or Having your Land Raider fail to kill a single sergeant throughout the entire match (was my sarge that survived :D)
My friend managed to have a Fire Warrior kill a Grey Knight by punching it in the face.
I'm saddened, after a whole game of not losing a single Tyranid to Guyon, in the final round we played he killed 8 Hormagaunts. Eight of them!
Cyclo, want a game? PM Me.
Or Having your Land Raider fail to kill a single sergeant throughout the entire match (was my sarge that survived :D)
Impossible. Unless your sergeant had a baneblade cannon for an arm.
Impossible. Unless your sergeant had a baneblade cannon for an arm.
you never know
http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/2011-06-15-dawn-of-war-iii-first-details
I just hope it will be a proper RTS and no bullshit (no shit like they did with C&C4).
They're saying CoH didn't work out in that announcement, why not? Also, they're saying they're making it less tactical, i hope there will still be cover and buildings.
They're saying CoH didn't work out in that announcement, why not? Also, they're saying they're making it less tactical, i hope there will still be cover and buildings.
CoH: Online did not work out (the F2P online version). Also "making it less tactical" I hope that means making it more strategical, basebuilding and large amounts of units (I sure hope it doesn't mean they are making it dumbed down or something).
Yeah, i'd prefer they wouldn't dumb it down like with Space Marine. Also, i never knew there was a F2P CoH, was it mediocre?
Impossible. Unless your sergeant had a baneblade cannon for an arm.
This is the same Sergeant who held off and systematically killed an entire squad of Grey Knights BEFORE moving on to piss off the Landraider, the same one who took on 2 tankbusta squads, a big boyz squad and a squad of Nobz, valiantly running down each squad, until he was felled by the last, lone Nob. also as fun was Captain Thunderpants, one of the Captains from Space Hulk (The one with the Thunder Hammer and Storm Shield) who held off and killed over 13 genestealers.
Ok then Rayven. Me, Cyclocius and antary have been talking. We are all gearing up for a big zogoff figt and we came to this comclusion. Us VS you and a possie your your choice. Apocalypse rules. Objective? We suggest annihilation. No mercy, no respite, every last enemy MUST DIE. We can alter and fiddle the rules later to something we can agree on and you can bring any two people with you. Or just have a bigger army. We throw down the gauntlet. Will you accept? Fitting music
I don't have a posse :P 3 vs one, hardly fair. I'd be happy with a 2 v 2 Regular 40K Rules 4k Total Annihilation match. (I.e 1k Each). I would normally take you up ont he Apoc Rules but...Well, I've never played a game of Apoc and don't even have the rules so...yeah.

I bet there are loads of people here who would jump at the chance to play with you. Using Vassal is pretty darn easy once you know how. And by apocalypse we basically mean large amount of points battle. All the rule book has is a few rules for the titan models ect...
I generally play at the 1k level, so, yeah. and Hey, I'm an average, if nto worse tabletop player, I just make up for it by knowing the fluff a lot.
