Does GW distribute death korps models?
No, but forge world do.
There's Steel Legion, which are metal and somewhat similar to DKoK, but not nearly as cool.

I'm thinking of getting Space Marine for Xbox, what's the general consensus on it so far? And what's this about a DLC I keep hearing about?
But Space Wolves are deviants on the way out because they don't follow the rules of Rowboat Girlyman, so they don't matter.
This is completely off of my original point, which was that handing him over to the Inquisition was the correct course of action. Especially considering that another certain Space Marine who had contact with the warp managed to fuck things up quite proper in Aurelia.
[sp]However, Ultramarines are pretty much the most revered chapter in the goddamn imperial space, and one of the most pious. I am fairly sure that no inquisitor could ever go against Ultramarines' will without getting fucked up by them, or some others who affiliate themselves as friends of Ultramar.
Ultramarines themselves might just go and give Titus to the inquisition, and that is p. much the only way inquisition could actually get their hands on Titus. Even Lord Inquisitors wouldn't do something that would spoil their connections to space marines, especially not when you are talking about Ultramarines.[/sp]
[editline]14th September 2011[/editline]
[sp]I mean, at the end of the day, does it even fucking matter? I doubt the Inquisition is going to kill the liberator of a forgeworld and the slayer of a Daemon Prince unless they're completely fucking sure he's evil. And they probably have access to more resources pertaining to his condition than the chapter does.
The only way this could go wrong is if the Inquisitor questioning him decides to go medieval on his ass and hook him up to a Pain Glove. Though the likelyhood something that crude happening to someone as high profile as an Ultramarines Captain is slim to nil.[/sp]
[sp]Agreed, in the end it doesn't matter much, but Ultramarines just might want to keep their issues to themselves.[/sp]
Does anybody have a list of all the armors available in Space Marine?
Are you asking for the names of the armor sets or a screenshot of each armor set?
I want to get into the series, but there's just so much lore that I have a hard time getting into it. Any game I should start from or something?
Getting into the lore is easy, believe me.
For example, if you want to learn about, say, the Necrontyr, you'll often find links in the text that will lead to another page where you can read about other stuff, and then you find links in said page, which go to another page where you can learn even more.
It's a repeating cycle, i guess.

well, there goes the rest of my day. Lexicanum is worse than TVTropes if you like WH40k.
You aren't taking faith into account here. Space Marines are religious warrior monks. And Lord Inquisitors have arguably the highest authority in the Theocracy of the Imperium. For the Ultramarines to defy their will would be outright heresy, punishable by ex hereticus status and exterminatus, depending on how far they take it. Only the most deviant chapters would come to the aid of abject heretics, the Ultramarines would be virtually alone against the greatest warriors in the Imperium.
Space Marines aren't exactly religious, at least most of them aren't. The Ultramarines have the highest number of successor chapters of all the original legions, and thus have shitloads of Astartes allies.
And as for what chapters the Inquisition could call upon, the Black Templars spring to mind. You know, the 6,000 strong legion of zealous crusaders that really has a thing against heresy?
Those 6000 are spread all over the galaxy.
This is completely off of my original point, which was that handing him over to the Inquisition was the correct course of action. That certain marine also was exposed to the Warp for years. A bit different.
Umm aren't all marines religious because they worship the emperor like a god, or am I getting the word "worship" here wrong?
Umm aren't all marines religious because they worship the emperor like a god, or am I getting the word "worship" here wrong?
No, they see him as a father figure. they Venerate him, not worship him.
Salamanders are pretty cool. I might actually make a Salamanders army for tabletop.
Or I might make a Guard army. Can't decide aaaahhh.
Rate Winner for SM and Friendly for IG. Please.
You should make an Imperial Guard army, in my opinion.
Inquisitor Lords do not just "disappear" whilst investigating marine chapters, and if they did, it would attract no small amount of attention from others.

They do if it's Blood Magpies.

"Necrons view Marneus Calgar as their Spiritual Liege."
So for the past week i've been busy working and moving into my university accomadation which means i've been unable to pick up my preorder of space marine collecters edition from GAME.
Today i've finaly got a spare day and i was able to go back to the store i originally ordered it from only to find out... They sold my preorder to somebody else! thats bad enough to start with...I should be saving money as i'm in the student life now anyway...so i got the normal edition instead and I've just arrived back at my uni accomadation opened my case up and discovered THERE'S NO FUCKING ARMOR CODE The whole god damn reason i even preordered it from GAME was for the Black Templar set that comes with the game from ordering with them...
last fucking time i ever buy anything from GAME ever again...my only consolation is that the armor sets will be available as DLC at some point but god damn i should have gotten it for free...
i'm beggining to know what it may feel like to be even the slightest bit angry as an angry marine...

Returned Necrons to 4th edition rape machine status.
I've read some more of them thar Ciaphas Cain books, and I'm now on the second one, whatever it's called (Orks on the Ice World). So far it's been pretty good, I love how he's fucking terrified of [sp]Necrons[/sp], although I suppose I would be as well.

If relic does not add angry marines into the game then i'm gonna be a mite pissed

That would make for a decent Rule 34.

It's just an inquisitor not an inquisitor lord. Quite different scale altogether. I mean an arbite Marshall is almost on the same level as an inquisitor.

Not even close. I'm pretty sure if the arbite marshall told a inquisitor to look his books clean the guy would be dead. If an inquisitor told an arbite marshall to do it he damn well would. The only thing above an Inquisitor is the emperor himself.
Just a hint for people playing space marine, it *is* possible to disable your mic ingame, though the workaround is stupid
You have to switch your mic in steam to be stereo mix, and then turn the stereo mix volume down in the windows sound panel thing. That pretty much effectively mutes you ingame and allows you to still use an external voice chat like mumble
Though they should have just included a bloody option to mute yourself >.>
so my copy of space marine came down and no armor pack with it even though i've had it on preorder since march, not only that they shipped it to the wrong road.
last time i'll ever buy from game

You didn't get a code because you didn't pre-order. The one you had pre-ordered was canceled as you didn't pick it up. Still it is terrible that they gave it away. Glad i didn't order from GAME.
