It keeps happening Which one next?
Not to sound like a dick, but Fire Warriors tend to be smaller than your average human. They stand anywhere from 5'5" - 5'7" tall usually.

You don't happen to have any size chart or any information on how tall every race is and so forth?
Khemri
Oops. I'm a disgrace
All I know I've learned from codexes or wiki's. My source for the Tau Fire Warrior height is this. I know its not the most reputable of sources, but I don't quite feel like running upstairs to grab my Tau codex to check. Looks legit enough though.
My friend send this http://wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/Grey_Slayers First I didnt get it But then he pointed me out [editline]16th September 2011[/editline] Suddently this started playing as I realized
But then he pointed me out
Thrax is dead? Maybe this took place after the Space Marine events?
That's not entirely correct. The Necrons scour the galaxy of life to feed the C'tan, which find mortal souls far more appetizing than the stars they originally consumed. But yes, they have an exceptional hatred for the Warp and those who use it, hence why in the Dark Crusade after-action report for the Chaos Stronghold it said the Necrons atomized the entire plateau.
The necron can be hurt by anything capable of following where ever they go. The C'tan got beat up, so can the necron. Their logistical setup strong but it isn't absolute by any stretch.
A week or two ago I was at some generic games shop and was talking to a guy about Necrons and other things. He said he heard that fluff-wise the new Necrons are going to overthrow the C'tan and become their own masters. Basically upgrading from the raiding force they are currently to a full fledged faction. He also said something about some units grafting parts of C'tan onto themselves to use as weapons. Of course, this could've just been some neckbeard talking out of his ass. Interesting none-the-less.
Thrax is dead? Maybe this took place after the Space Marine events?
Thrax became a chaos daemon. LEANDROS HAD BEEN CORRUPTED! I KNEW IT! ALL THIS CONSPIRACIES!!!!
Anyone want to play a game of Dawn of War (1 or 2 [I would prefer 2])? I want to get back into the game, it's been a while. I've been busy with Civilization and Starcraft lately.

Add me on Steam.
Considering technology increases exponentially, you would think that the imperium of man would achieve such by 40-thousand-years in the future.
Humans created everything in their ability during the golden age but up until the age of strife most of that technology was lost, man created STC's as blueprints for dummies and that's basically what the Imperium runs off. Its kind of like a modern U.S marine running around with a WWI issued helmet with a M16 rifle Vietnam area while having some modern equipment such as night vision or helmet cam attached to his equipment in some fairly standard camo uniform. Imperium technology is practically using all kinds of tech from different periods of time, like someone watching cable on a 50's television.
Just played a game with Fremont, I was Tyrannids and he was Orks, we were up against two Ork AI enemies. Needless to say, I massed Hormagaunts and overran the Orks, while he took care of the other one.
My Boyz was da biggest and da baddest
What are C'tan by the way (sorry for not knowing too much, I only recently got really into Warhammer [thanks to you guys])?
C'tan are the energy-beings that turned the Necrons into what they are. Long story short: Necrontyr (organic necrons) get cancer from their home planet's star, which prevents them doing much besides dying. They notice the Old Ones (Creators of the Eldar and the Orks) frolicking in their galactic playground and get pissed. Then they notice that a being is eating the star that has been fucking them over for ages. That being is a C'tan, which they believe are star gods. They give it a 'living metal' body, it promptly starts eating them, but they convince it to stop and go after the Old Ones. This C'tan was the Nightbringer. They give more C'tan bodies and one, the Deceiver, convinces them to get metal bodies of their own. Unbeknownst to them, the C'tan are able to suppress their minds and basically make them slaves. Behold, the Necron race is born. Not a very short short version but whatever.
We don't really even know if all the C'Tan are gone Sure they ate each other in this galaxy but considering they were probably the first race to travel between stars they could be everywhere
There are four C'tan we know are still around. The Nightbringer was recently awoken by some bumbling fumbling Space Marines. The Deceiver is fucking around in politics. The Void Dragon is on Mars and is *probably* the Omnissiah. And the Outsider is wandering around in the dark space between galaxies, possibly acting as the source of the Tyranid invasion.
The Outsider is in the Dyson Sphere the Tyranid hive tendrils are going around at the back of the Necron codex
So if the C'tan were somehow killed, what would happen to the Necrons?

Hey can someone post the rumor about the 6th edition battle pack thing( Battle for Macragge, Assault on Black Reach). I think it said something about the Black Templars. I want to show it to my friend.
Am I the only one who just collects and paints WH40k models. I have no interest in playing the tabletop game, but I enjoy painting them.
I'm sort of the opposite, don't have the time to paint them, but I love playing the tabletop games.
Am I the only one who just collects and paints WH40k models. I have no interest in playing the tabletop game, but I enjoy painting them.
I would too collect, paint and pose them in one huge battleground if I would have time, especially money and skill to paint them.
I dislike how everyone hates the Blood Ravens. I like their colours.
Why does everyone show blood ravens nicking the ultramarine's stuff
