Cut him some slack, he didn't know about Dawn of War before.
I knew there where RTS of war hammer but didn't know the name. Thanks by the way.
I've been having awesome fever dreams, two of them took place in the 40k universe In the first one I was some sort of giant Adeptus Mechanicus orbital factory or a part of it, I handled massive sheets of metal hundreds if not thousands of meters wide, and built octagonal tubes out of them. They were some sort of big ammo for a weapon I think, and I'm pretty sure they were sent to different space marine chapters because I vividly remember the Salamanders, Ultramarines and Space Wolves receiving some. My black cat who was sleeping next to me was a techpriest. In the other dream I was a Space Wolves Ironclad Dreadnought with a dreadnought CCW and a hurricane bolter. Using the hurricane bolter was awesome, everything disappeared in a mist of blood. Later on I was chilling on a battle barge or something and there were those giant wolves sleeping all around my metal body, I think this was because of external influence because my dog was sleeping next to me for a while. I now want to include a deep striking ironclad dread with hurricane bolters and a dread ccw in my army. Are hurricane bolters any good on TT?
Then why did you say "console shit"?
because it is
because it is
That doesn't make any sense. You just said it had nothing to do with being on consoles.

Better with a Heavy Bolter, Twin Linked Autocannons or an assault cannon on a regulard Dred (as IC Dreds don't have those options)
I didn't imply I'd want to roll it in a space wolf army or anything. You gotta blame my subconcious for having space wolves with IC dreads. I love the IC model mostly, might just buy one and use it as a counts-as regular dread. Are close combat dreads any good or are they just better as fire support platforms?
I have been considering getting Soulstorm despite the bad reviews it got. Because it has alot of cool looking mods. And what did everybody not like about Soulstorm? Is it the air units, campaign, the new factions, or ETC?
It's a shame that when you put guardsmen squads with plasma guns into a chimera in Retribution, they don't actually fire their plasma guns. Anybody else noticed this?
That doesn't make any sense. You just said it had nothing to do with being on consoles.
SM could of been so much more if it was intended to be a pc game

What does the emperor look like in his current state?
like shit
sack of bones on a yellow chair
What does the emperor look like in his current state?
More or less.
Huh. You learn something new everyday. How 'indestructible' are these Tomb Facilities? Does the imperium of man have any world destroyers (they should at that age in history)?
At least some of the their facilities are in the phase universe. Means that there's no way to access them.
I have been considering getting Soulstorm despite the bad reviews it got. Because it has alot of cool looking mods. IG bomber ability had a tendency to freeze And a bunch more. Yeah Iron Lore really fucked it up.
What does the emperor look like in his current state?
Like this: The two that were posted above me, the first one is not an official picture, and the 2nd one is from Rogue Trader so the new one basically retconned it.
like shit

sack of bones on a yellow chair
Heresy?
It is accurate to say he is a bag of bones at this point, but that doesn't mean he can't flay someone alive if they enter the chamber without him wanting it.
So your discussion along with retribution's finale intro has me confused. Is the Emperor dead or not (soulwise)
So your discussion along with retribution's finale intro has me confused. Is the Emperor dead or not (soulwise)
His soul/mind is struggling against the ruinous powers inhabiting warp, while being actually inside warp. In the 'real' world - yes, he's totally dead, he couldn't be more dead then he is. The whole purpose of golden throne is to save him from being absorbed by warp. That, if happens, would most probably cause new warp storm. So anyone of the guards can just come inside and stick his penis into the Emprah's face - he won't give a shit.

It hurts to see the Emperor in this state.
So your discussion along with retribution's finale intro has me confused. Is the Emperor dead or not (soulwise)
No. He's still partially alive, he's keeping himself alive because without him the whole Astronomican falls, the warp probably rips apart most of the galaxy and his death might be Fall of the Eldar V.2, or worse depending on how powerful he really is. Heck he can even resurrect humans he deems important enough (and unless I'm mistaken, stop time in certain locations).

He's really like some god - he sees the world with his administorum and specially dedicated psykers, so he must be told what's going on in some way. But however you're right - the chamber has to be protected with powerfull defences including warp powers. But hey, it's fun to think about it.
It is accurate to say he is a bag of bones at this point, but that doesn't mean he can't flay someone alive if they enter the chamber without him wanting it.
Makes you wonder how Cypher is going to try and attempt to cross through all of the Adeptus Custodes.
The Emperor will never truly be dead as long as JohnnyMo1 keeps his avatar.
Makes you wonder how Cypher is going to try and attempt to cross through all of the Adeptus Custodes.
he's gonna walk right in with some pizza, something the Emperor has not had in over 10 thousand years, he won't be able to resist such a delicacy and transport him to his throne room.
So, from what I understand, the biggest threat to humanity (and everything else) right now is the Necrons and the Tyranids?
Pretty sure the Chaos is a big threat.
So, from what I understand, the biggest threat to humanity (and everything else) right now is the Necrons and the Tyranids?
No. It's time. Throne is malfunctioning, and it's technology is long forgotten. There's so much irony behind it. Imperial theocracy (Imperial Cult) is keeping Imperium together from falling apart, and yet it's grimdarky darkage's nature makes people who are actually responsibile for the future of mankind a whole lot dumber.
