The banner on my finecast resin model (Castellan Crowe) snapped off rather easily.
If you're worried about it, you could just order one cheap model and see how easy they are to break, so far i haven't ordered anything off ForgeWorld, but judging from what i've seen, they have awesome models.

Dropping any larger model means it will break. Normal troops may stay intact, depends on the model really. Pointy things like banners aren't very durable. Abaddon will always drop his arms even if you don't touch him.

Why is Nurgle the best?
To be honest. I have no idea which God would be best to serve.
They all have really bad things. E.g Nurgle would give you every disease (if you do well enough) but that would then mean you feel no pain (or anything really)
Slaanesh can also be worshiped by people like Master Swordsman or Painters etc but it then leads to more
Tzeench - Not really sure what the bad thing about this is, other then the horrific mutations
Khorne - Just as likely to be your blood as your enemies. Is the whole thing about him being Honourable still canon?

We've already discussed this before, but i suppose a Facepunch chapter would be cool, but please, let's not name them 'Facepunch Marines', it just doesn't sound very good, in my opinion.
