I just got finished with the "Defender" series of Ciaphas Cain novels (book store was missing the first collection when I checked for them), and I enjoyed it thoroughly. But, because I've missed the first couple novels, I've got a nagging question that I don't mind being spoiled on:
Do any of the Necrons Cain encounter ever make a beeline for Jurgen?
I know that Necrons can identify blanks, and will go out of their way to capture ones they notice for conversion into special Necron troops, but from what I can tell neither Cain nor Jurgen seem to know about this. Which seems incredibly unlikely for them to have never experienced firsthand; what with a bodyguard who is essentially Necron bait closely shadowing the guy who's terrified of Necrons during several Necronpaloozas.

Well it appears as though the new update has broken the matchmaking for me. I could only ever connect to American or other international servers anyway and now it just gives me no possible matches.

I agree with this. My only other comment is that it'd look good with some highlighting on the metal, and maybe the trousers if you're feeling adventurous.
Highlighting Boltgun metal is the easiest thing in the world, just drybrush it with mithril silver.
Also, don't neglect the base it can really bring a model together.

One of these days I plan on basing my models. Is it harder to do with the models already on there or does it not really matter?
Hey guys, I ship off for the US Army on Wednesday next week. I have been debating what to put on my dog tags for my religious preference. The choices usually come down to no religious preference or pastafarianism. However, since I will be a helicopter repairer, I have also considered trying to get them to put Adeptus Mechanicus on my dog tags. I wonder if the army will let me placate the machine spirits.
