For them to actually fight at normal anime speed I would reckon (considering that is the milky way) that their robo-limbs need to travel at FTL speeds, since only part of them would be accelerating up to near FTL that part would be ripped off due to no kind of material ever being able to withstand that sort of force.
Not to mention the gravitational forces that would be caused by their mass IF the material they are made of is dense enough to withstand FTL travel.
But alas, Japan and it's disregard of physical implications that come with mega-sizing shit.
