I agree There are some very talented writers
/tg/ Omnibus. If only it could exist.
It would need a third devoted to the angry marines, at minimum.
Just finished reading Love and Krieg. I have to say, I actually enjoyed it more than I should have. While /tg/ is full of socially retarded mongoloids I do enjoy reading some of the short stories it spits out.
Did you read the spinoffs as well? I found those quite good and shit gets really deep.

this reminds me of a armageddon game battlereport where a csm punched a warlord titan's toe. The titan's arm fell off.
A guy writes about dating a girl in the Death Korps of Krieg. It's really lighthearted and quite funny in spots. http://1d4chan.org/wiki/Love_and_Krieg
That's the happiest thing I've ever read that's set in the Warhammer universe. Loved it.
WHAT HAVE I DONE Also That Boreale Head replacer couldn't possibly be done.
I'm just sad that I know no estonians or latvians who play wh40k. We have a wh40k community forum but they don't allow new members.
I'm pretty sure that's all included in an Exterminatus, Biological bombs, Nukes, Lasers.... And then they blow the planet up with a final blow to the core.
Nope.
The Virus is pretty much forbidden to use, since it feed Nurgle like no tomorrow.
Then normal exterminatus feeds him too because he's the god of death
Are Thousand Sons Daemons Princes/Terminators/Chaos Lords/Dreadnoughts/Havocs logical? I know Obliterators are out of the question for remaining fluffy, as their skin is molded onto the armor and the TS are made of dust. If I wanted to remain fluffy, what legion should I paint said, non-fluffy units as? Black Legion?
Oblis could be Iron Warriros
this reminds me of a armageddon game battlereport where a csm punched a warlord titan's toe. The titan's arm fell off.
That arm was about to fall off anyways, that punch on the toe was just the last thing in a long chain of events. The Omnissiah was not pleased. Also That Boreale Head replacer couldn't possibly be done. No, doesn't have voice acting. Can't actually add lines. Plus it's 264 Voice lines I'd have to replace. Boreale has a source of only 36 (63 actually, but most i'm obviously overstating it). Besides, Diomedes already has funny acting. BRHOTHA I AM HIT!
I AHM KAPTEN DIOHMEDEHS.
So when is Exterminatus out? Or is it already out? We should organize a game.
Well, Krieg are separate from Catachan. Stormtrooper training is more or less oversene by Inquisition.
In the DKoK mod, both storm-troopers and catachan are given a DKoK look. [editline]22nd October 2011[/editline]
Are Thousand Sons Daemons Princes/Terminators/Chaos Lords/Dreadnoughts/Havocs logical? If I wanted to remain fluffy, what legion should I paint said, non-fluffy units as? Black Legion?
Thousand Sons Terminators are logical, the Sekhmet or the Scarab Occult are the elite terminators of the Thousand Sons, i don't think Chaos Lords are common in the Thousand Sons Legion, if anything, a Sorcerer will just become a greater Sorcerer rather than become a Chaos Lord, Dreadnoughts are also logical, and i think Havocs might be logical, but those Havocs would probably just be Rubric Marines using heavy weapons, really. I think Daemon Princes are logical, seeing as Magnus himself is a Daemon prince, i don't think anybody would mind because it wouldn't really be lore-breaking.
I just painted my Space Marine Captain, and he looks surprisingly much like Nicholas Cage.
Anyone interested in me doing a stream of Firewarrior, Chaos gate or Rites of War?
I just painted my Space Marine Captain, and he looks surprisingly much like Nicholas Cage.
Post pictures? [editline]22nd October 2011[/editline]
brbrbrbrbr new avatar
RHINOS... RRRHHHIINNOOSSSS
Relic is so nice, Always including PC in their games, never skiping video settings and now free exterminatus DLC, Take all of my money even if it is free Relic.
They take after Games Workshop and overprice too much. I can't believe Space Marine is £40 over here, and that I actually have to go to GAME to get it because of their stupid crybaby marketing tactics. Plus, they charge £5 for army reskins which can't be used in Last Stand. Bohemia interactive is the true generosity god. Entire armies worth of units, dozens of missions and whole new maps for just £6 in their DLC. Plus OA went down to £20 in no time, and didn't stay at £30 more than enough months after release.
Just finished reading Love and Krieg. I have to say, I actually enjoyed it more than I should have.
The Virus is pretty much forbidden to use, since it feed Nurgle like no tomorrow. Also, imagine a Daemon World that is run by a "child". From seemingly innocent shell to the blasphemous hellscapes and innards. For some reason, the idea of Daemon World is a rather interesting one. Especially with the idea of one created by a corrupted and broken mind of a child. I remember sup/tg/ having a thread on that, moving from a Chaos IG thread to a story of Stormtroopers assault a palace of Daemon Prince.
It's definitely not a nurlge disease since it doesn't allow the victims to wallow in pity. And doesn't feed nurgle much either. Remember emotions fuel the gods not actions as much. And Virus bombing is incredibly. The thing consumes all biological matherial, turns it into methane and other flammable gases which ten ignite. There's also localised virus bombings and other stuff. Also the imperium rarely blows planets up.
Apparently the Tau Commander does have a voice, i guess that's good.
Looks like Tau are getting added in as a full faction, they gave him lines for events that don't even happen in Last Stand.
0:32 sounds like a flash Gordon reference.
EEEEEExcellent news for me, A LGS(Local Gaming Shop) has just opened up and while they're not GW-run they've got signs up stating they're going to stock GW product, and they already have Dreadfleet in there. :woop: [editline]22nd October 2011[/editline]
Also the imperium rarely blows planets up.
 Oh my lord.. You realize part of the grimdark is the fact that the Imperium often nukes planets? Sometimes even due to rounding errors.
Looks like Tau are getting added in as a full faction, they gave him lines for events that don't even happen in Last Stand.
As awesome as that would be, i think you're thinking too optimistically, no offense.
Looks like Tau are getting added in as a full faction, they gave him lines for events that don't even happen in Last Stand.
Which lines?
0:32 sounds like a flash Gordon reference.
I though ''Open fire all guns!'' sounded pretty weird, seeing as it's always said like ''All guns open fire!''.
Which lines?
For a start he's talking to subordinates in pretty much all of the "x enemy type spotted" lines towards the end. There are times where it sounds like he's telling firewarriors to target a certain enemy. [editline]22nd October 2011[/editline]
I though ''Open fire all guns!'' sounded pretty weird, seeing as it's always said like ''All guns open fire!''.
In most militaries commands are given in a certain order, priority is for "open fire" so that if the order gets cut off the general gist of it isnt lost. If he started with "All guns" and then got cut off, he could have meant anything from hold fire to target a certain enemy.
