Was a bit nervous on wave 16 with another Tau and an IG. Luckily the other Tau had a flamer however I had dual fusion blasters. We focus fire my clone but he manages to kill both the IG and other Tau player. I kill my clone and jump the fuck out of range to get some energy and hp back. The brilliant AI just stands in the center as I rocket the Tau down and get 1 more rocket salvo off onto the IG. Suddenly the IG goes to revive my clone so I jump back to knockdown interrupt the IG. By some holy fucking act as he's flying through the air he squeezes off a high powered shot and kills me. So. Much. Rage.
I think it's time to stop playing Tau Commander on Bloodied Colosseum. You're indirectly the reason your team dies. :v:
I got 7.5 million points in Last Stand the other day. Tau team is best team.
Say what?
It happens every time no matter what build I use. The only downside to Tau besides virtually no melee defense is having a clone that facerolls everyone.

If you don't have a captain or anything like that, you're fucked unless the LG manages to snipe his clone quick enough.
I play mek and tau primarily. They both are motherfuckers to fight.
Is space marine any good? Torn between getting it or payday
Payday is a better coop experience.
God Retribution is such an asshole online it's just like no matter what I try to do there's always some bullshit that comes out of god damn no where.
What happened?
Say fuck you steam and get it from here. https://www.g2play.net/store/Warhammer-40-000-Space-Marine-Steam-Key.html
well i already bought the retail version and activated on steam but the store fucked up my order and I didn't get the sword annoyingly [editline]25th October 2011[/editline]
I could gift Space Marine to you if that's what you're asking, Rayven's in the UK and he could still play Space Marine because somebody gifted it to him. If you could afford the funds yourself, that is, and of course if you would trust me. Anyway, the Power Sword isn't on Steam so you aren't missing out on much.
thanks anyway
God Retribution is such an asshole online it's just like no matter what I try to do there's always some bullshit that comes out of god damn no where.
Its really hard to find a decent LS team lately, and when I do find one where we actually have a hope in hell of surviving they drop. Also, got to level 20 with my Captain today. My first one to max out XP, so im pretty happy.
(Space) Tomb Kings on the move! How many points would that be? ~2k-2,5k ?
And now seeing them painted in blue, the guy who equated the transport ribs with the ultramarines logo doesn't seem so far off now.
So do people stay play Last Stand a lot? I was thinking of re-installing Retribution and joining a few games.
And now seeing them painted in blue, the guy who equated the transport ribs with the ultramarines logo doesn't seem so far off now.
Yep.. Oh Matt Ward u so funny
So do people stay play Last Stand a lot? I was thinking of re-installing Retribution and joining a few games.
Of course Add me
So do people stay play Last Stand a lot? I was thinking of re-installing Retribution and joining a few games.
There's always people doing LS. It takes at max maybe 20 seconds to find 2 randoms
Right now I am assembling the track and side sections of my Forge World Arkurion pattern Stormblade (Imperial Guard super heavy tank with a Plasma blastgun as primary weapon) for my Ryza 151st armoured regiment. I'll start posting pictures when it starts looking more like a tank.
And now seeing them painted in blue, the guy who equated the transport ribs with the ultramarines logo doesn't seem so far off now.
The verdigris looks cool on the Monolith, but not on the transport thingy. Also what other skeletal force uses a turquoise as part of their colours?

Dunno but i can't take them serious with that colour scheme..
Dunno but i can't take them serious with that colour scheme..
I can't take space mummies seriously at all, let alone with that colour scheme.
Subtle use of turquoise would have worked but the way they are painted in the picture is too overpowering.
As for the Grey KNights? "pushes it's luck" are you fucking kidding me, Daemonic Weapons, outright murdering Sisters of battle, Daemon swords being used by the grey knights, grand master carving his name into fucking Mortarion! More than pushes its luck.
He really does hate, or at least really, really dislike the SoB to some bizarre extent. The new Daemonhunter codex has soul access to Inquisitors and the Officio Assassinorum - they got removed from the Witch Hunters codex, along with Inquisitorial Stormtroopers/ Adeptus Arbites, and some other troop choices got lumped together. Even better, the SoB codex is only available in two back issues of White Dwarf. To what extent he had any influence in any of that I don't know, but it seems kinda odd.
By the way, which slot should I put the sponsons with twin-linked heavy bolters and lascannon in?
There wasn't any manual?
[t]http://www.1337upload.net/files/2terminatus2.jpg[/t] Made some shitz with GMod and GIMP.
There wasn't any manual?
Yes, there actually was with this kit, but I think it's because theres like 600 parts. The other FW kits I have assembled, you were supposed to be hardcore enough to figure it out yourself. The thing with the super-heavy kits is that you can choose where to place the sponsons yourself.
Incredible
