Oh, and you could add a purification seal or two onto one of his shoulder pads.

Would a Custodian be more powerful and genetically modified then a Space marine, considering they no longer wear armour?

Because unlike the boltgun, you don't need to draw a damn bolt clip.
I fail to see the difficulty in drawing a boltgun magazine.

and thekiller, with a magazine i might have to do a reloading animation or something else i'm awful at and have no clue how to code, atleast with a heavy bolter or maybe a plasma gun i'd have an excuse. though i could just fuck it and give it infinite ammo
Obviously extend the pauldron borders up, add a boot sole, make the knee pad rounder, and connect the thigh and lower leg armor. That space in the middle should be ribbed and colored dark grey.

If custodes go into battle, I'm pretty sure they'd wear armour, they did during the parts of the Crusade/Heresy where they showed up.
Custodes, having had their genes tailored individually raher than mass produced like the astartes, are generally, bigger, stronger and smarter than Astartes, they also have a rather different outlook to battle than astartes, their tactics are vastly different, easiest way to sum it up is "We Fight Alone, Together" to the Astartes "We fight together, alone." They arent team/squad players like the astartes, but instead fight alone as if only they are on the battlefield.
Their uniform involves no armour, but uniform =/= what they wear into battle.
I was thinking about getting one of the books tommorow, any suggestions?

I managed to get Assault Marines and Devastators and the Games Workshop shop holds events on Thursdays. Who the hell holds events on a Thursday? I am going for the 1500 point orbital strike force with some variations.
How am i meant to counter Assault Terminators as Chaos in Chaos rising?
