By the way, do Iron Hands have their own rules (Like Blood Angels) or do they play like regular Cosmic Naval Infantry?
They have none at all.
Zilch.
Nada.
Which is a real shame, they're first founding and a fairly interesting chapter. There are a few decent guides on converting bionics onto space marines, as well as some resin parts, although those, again, can't be cut with a hobby knife.
The Blood Ravens should have a special ability that gives them the ability to steal 'relics', giving them a bonus to all old units.
Like Necrons.

Now THAT is silly.
It doesn't really make sense to go into battle chanting "THE FLESH IS WEAK" when steel is the same.
And actually, Grey Knights have teleporter squads which count as Fast Attack, if i recall. Besides, if they needed it that badly they could just requisition it from other chapters.
I was just thinking. It's kinda of a asshole move to put a fallen Death Company member in a Dreadnought. I mean, you got the Black Rage, you basically want to die, and then LOLNOPE you are being put in a machine designed to keep you alive and you can just 'happily' continue fighting.

But all you feel is RAEG. Plus, that's all the more time to try and conquer it - being interred into a Dreadnought is a sacred gift. You have all the more time to think, and in this crazy, crazy world, you need all the time you're gonna get. What conclusions you come to are your own, and if those conclusions are "HOLY FUCK I FUCKING HATE ORKS COCK CUNT SHIT", all the more power to ya.
I stand corrected. It seems once the Death Company Dreadnought goes into battle it cannot be stopped until it is shut down by a Techmarine. Then it's either sleep mode until next battle or get replaced. So they'll die either way. It's still a bit of an asshole move being put in a dreadnought because your inevitable death is stretched out.
At least you can go fucking crazy in the meantime.

Deathwatch rules for the Avatar of Khaine include a squad of Blood Raven Terminators helping you kill it and then stealing it's relic sword.

Yeah, Interceptors and Strike squads, but i wasn't sure if they were Fast Attack.
At least you can go fucking crazy in the meantime.
At least they're not chaos dreads, who never sleep.
At least they're not chaos dreads, who never sleep.
And plus I've heard that some Dreadnoughts are captured spies, kept in the 'Dread without any arms attached until they're so batshit they'll attack anything.
Chaos is not pretty.

At least you can take more enemies of the Emperor down with you before you fall.

dat heresey
I'm saying that the Genestealer army as is represented in those pictures, doesn't exist outside of 40k. I believe Genestealers can be taken as troops in the last Nid Codex, and Broodlords as HQ. But they can't cruise about in Limousines. Sadly.
And 40k has a few original ideas. Most are neglected or overlooked in favour of Phwoar SPACE MARINES
There is ZERO original about 40K. Nothing. The reason it's popular is that it has something derivative for everyone.

I thought those dreadnoughts were for those that were already in a dreadnought and then went batshit insane?

Then you look down and they all have 6-foot long dicks with piercings on them.

Even better!
Oh god, I just realized. Slaanesh is lust right? The deepest and darkest lust you can even imagine has been done by Slaanesh.
It's Japan incarnate.
Oh god, I just realized. Slaanesh is lust right? The deepest and darkest lust you can even imagine has been done by Slaanesh.

It's excess, the desire to be perfect. A man could collect stamps obsessively, one from every month of every year for the past millennia and bind a Daemon of Slaanesh to it, and make a walking daemon, bound to stamps as a testament to his perfection. But it's not enough. It never is, it can always be better.

Nah, Slaanesh is about hedonism, primal, sensual, pleasure.
The kid who "will try anything once" is more slaaneshi than your stamp man.
Slaanesh was born of Eldar society's hedonism, not their perfection, it was when they didn't dedicate their life to anything and instead would just fuck about doing whatever they wanted.
Seriously what are you thinking of?

Just worship all the chaos gods, they're all awesome in there own way why limit yourself to one?
Mother fucking Daemonette milk.
I am, surprisingly, okay with that.

I'm thinking maybe a bit more Emperors Children than Slaanesh admittedly. But Slaanesh is all about Excess and Perfection.

Daemonettes are either really attractive or repulsive. There's no middle ground.

If you worship them all, you get the favor of none.

And you might have to listen to that armless failure Abaddon.

There are Slaneeshi daemons that target those who strive to create perfect. The perfect piece of art, the perfect love, the perfect murder.
Striving for perfection is excessive, and there are daemons that gladly exploit that.

He got mutated by a shockwave, and used infamy to reroll twice. He rolled Addiction as a mutation so I just ended up giving him an addiction my friend suggested. Daemonette fucking breast milk.
