If you worship them all, you get the favor of none.
If you worship them all, you get the ire of none. Khorne is happy to let his berserkers ravage a pack of slaaneshi hores
He got mutated by a shockwave, and used infamy to reroll twice. He rolled Addiction as a mutation so I just ended up giving him an addiction my friend suggested. Daemonette fucking breast milk.
Delightful.
If you worship them all, you get the favor of none.
Until you prove yourself useful. Then you might at least get the favor of one god.
There are Slaneeshi daemons that target those who strive to create perfect. The perfect piece of art, the perfect love, the perfect murder. Striving for perfection is excessive, and there are daemons that gladly exploit that.
Slaanesh can't be "perfection" otherwise the Eldar would be fucked. Their whole path lifestyle is to prevent them from falling into slaanesh cults (like before they created slaanesh) so they dedicate themselves to perfect one path. If slaanesh was the chaos god of perfection then the Eldar would be more fucked then they are. It makes no sense to doom them twice.
The fuck you playing and were do I join in?
Black motherfucking Crusade. The group just summoned a Bloodletter in a barn, caused chaos and Chaos as well, encountered Warp, bumped into an Inquisitor, forged plots of betrayal and had FUNN

They wear the mask and are no longer the individual, but an aspect, a figment, something slaneesh can't target.

The Dark Eldar story + Ork story is just icing on top of that.
Black motherfucking Crusade.
Don't the Eldar usually abandon their path and choose a new one after a while?
Not counting exarchs and farseers who are lost in their respective paths.
Let's not mention the 4 Terminators which can make full use of their agility, led by master ninja ST3.
I hope they at least have a little less armour points?
And you might have to listen to that armless failure Abaddon.
Dohohohoho Do you think there will be more of emperesque?
And you might have to listen to that armless failure Abaddon.

Don't the Eldar usually abandon their path and choose a new one after a while?
Sort of. It's more like tiers. After X years they are free to continue down the path or do another path. Aspect warriors continue down the path, aspect heroes become lost in the path and emulate the actions of their ancestors.
The difference between using thinned paints and non thinned is a huge difference. Thinned paints just look so smooth while non thinned look so rough. Also here's a comparison picture.
I finally got my package from GW after like three weeks. I placed my order on Black Friday and I didn't get it until tonight. Hello Kitty Crisis Suit. This is the paint scheme I'm using. Pink with white trim. Going to use black on mechanical parts like the guns, leg points etc. It will presented to my girlfriend as a Christmas gift.
It will presented to my girlfriend as a Christmas gift.
Hello Kity is my favourite ironic passion.

Pink one looks like a face with two eyes.
Fulgrim is a massive douche :< The HH saddens me all the time [sp]Tho he's possesed and brainwashed, just like Horus. Douche chaos Gods would be more adequate[/sp]
If I remember correctly, the chaos gods are born of emotion. Slaanesh is born of desire and pleasure so to put it one way, eating a delicious pizza would give Slaanesh power. Khorne is not just axe crazy murder kill death everything, he is also about honour in battle, beating the odds and victory. Yep, that's right, victory and death gives Khone power, even more-so if you were outnumbered. The point is, just about anything you do is in some way associated with the gods of Chaos, The trick is, jsut don't turn to chaos and everything will be ok. For a bit.
First Kitten Drone is done. I ordered Hello Kitty decals but I doubt they'll be here in time. I'm going to put red bow decals on the head of the Crisis Suit, the Drones and than add hearts and Hello Kitty Faces to the Shoulder Pads and so on.
Greenstuff bow is a must.
Hmm. Haven't thought of that. Must consider.

Slaanesh is less of desire and lust and more of excess. So banging your wife is fine and no one cares but having an orgy would please Slaanesh. The reason Slaanesh is presented as the god of pleasure sex and what not is because it is simpler to present him that way and rather than what he really is, the God of excess. Like Lucius had the lust for power, but he brought it to excesses. A Imperial Guard officer wishing for promotion is not the same
Same as Nurgle and Tzeentch, technically whenever Nurgle unleashes a new disease or infection, he is changing people with it, thus feeding tzeentch.

I suppose, in a way, Slaanesh is sort of the God of ambition - going beyond the file and doing what you do at its most extreme and perfected form.
Eh, I always felt Tzeentch had the ambition thing down

Some say it takes a big act of XYZ to give power to a chaos god. Others say even the littlest thing like enjoying a nice cup of tea does the job. As is the nature of 40K, it's all down to a case by case basis.
