Dropped from the first page.
HERESY

So in my search for something that strips the paint well, I've tested: Mr Muscle Oven Cleaner: Strips metals well, but does very little on plastic Cillit Bang: If left long enough will kinda strip metals, but does jack shit on plastics A jelly-like paint stripper: Stripped the fuck out of metal models, but also melts plastic (1 brave Ork lost his life). Fuck even then the paint on plastic barely came off, it was the plastic that came off, with the paint still attached.

I would practically preach it, personally. I found it from some article (possibly dakkadakka), and the guy said he left a plastic model in it for 11 months during a move and the plastic was fine. It works wonders, too, even after a short while like 15 minutes. Just make sure to wear gloves, it'll give you chemical burns.
Does it work on Finecast though? Getting paint off that shit is even harder than normal models without damaging it
If i wouldn't want to hear them i wouldn't have asked for them. Besides that i had to buy something it's really awkward to walk into a store and not buying anything.
I don't why it'd be awkward I often just browse in shops, GW shops are different since the ones I've been in usually have a couple of tables in and if I have my laptop I get worried that I'll knock over like a Stompa or something and end up having to work in the resin mines to build a new one but I'll often have a browse.
What are finecast?
What are finecast?
GW has stopped selling most of its metal range so now they've converted them into resin.
So they had metal models that were unique and when they stopped casting them in metal they made the plastic alternative? Why do the molds look like absolute shit?
Why do I get the uneasy feeling Matt might even do a "lol all chaos are now 100% Demons under that helmet"
Why do I get the uneasy feeling Matt might even do a "lol all chaos are now 100% Demons under that helmet"
No, Chaos space marines rebel against the Chaos Gods and become and own faction that loves making treaties with other races and often use diplomacy.
Why do I get the uneasy feeling Matt might even do a "lol all chaos are now 100% Demons under that helmet"
New codex for Chaos: All daemons are actually alive, and once they die they don't go back to the warp.
LAN games of Dawn of War have taught me how hilarious two stealthed monoliths can be. :v: Also, in a 2v2 game the battle was decided when my ally/roommate rushed the Tau base with a space marine attack force. At the front was a single Guardsman squad led by a Commissar. He hit a crisis battle suit with his sword before being completely annihlated. I know it's already been posted but this immediately sprang to mind.

The game after that a lone Commisar went up against an Avatar of Khaine and didn't die (instantly). Morale wasn't broken either. Another Commissar led his men through an artillery barrage, and actually managed to emerge unscathed on the other side (70% casualties though). I love making Commissars do stupid shit in that game.
So I was checking the black library and seeing if anything new was released. I go over to the ebook section and see this. Fucking awesome.
Just finished reading Fulgrim last night. I feel sad for him now

Fucking awesome.
I'm more excited about the new Imperial Armour. It's like a movable object meeting a stoppable force. FW written Imperium vs Eldar. "The Doom of Mymera" seems pretty indicative. I'm wondering who is going to lose more.
so they've just released the various pre order skins for dlc, figured i'd check the traitor legion pack out... and the only picture is this... WHAT COULD THIS MEAN!?

If there's ever a game that accurately portrays a guardsman's perspective of a battle in 40k I would give them all my money. Sure, your gun would be virtually useless and you'd be doomed in any confrontation against pretty much any enemy in the game, but I think that'd add to the fun. I suppose a possible compromise would be to have the player character as a Stormtrooper, but where's the fun in that?
If there's ever a game that accurately portrays a guardsman's perspective of a battle in 40k I would give them all my money.
Just play the first CoD and run at anything vaguely resembling a gun barrel.
Or fight against traitor guardsmen and heretics, that way you could fight a more or less even enemy

Pretend the military are commissariat, the anomalies are warp-induced shenanigans, the bandits are heretics, stalkers are heretics, and all the factions are heretics. You are also a heretic.
The more I think about this the more I want it to happen. First mission, you're in a trench facing down an Ork charge. Objective #1: Hold the Line. If you move from your assigned starting position you're instantly shot and charged with desertion (in that order) :v: I seem to recall there being a joke about a 40k game where you start off having your command post overrun with xenos, and throughout the entire game you had to sneak/run from xenos and heretics to make it back to command so you could warn them of the impending threat. You used your lasgun more as a distraction than an actual weapon and it handled like a FPS/Survival Horror hybrid Then, when you finally made it back to the rest of your regiment to warn them, the Commissar shoots you for abandoning your post.
I might want them, depending on price. I feel like I'm hoarding all of the Tyranids, I already have several thousand dollars worth of them :v: It's making me poor
Having never sold any in the past... Is half of retail price a good asking price?

What the fuck are you, some kind of heretic? You're a Guardsman! Guard shit! As long as you've got guts and a brain solid enough to use them, you're instantly twenty times a better combatant than anyone else in the universe. You're of the same stock as these badass motherfuckers. Shoot, shoot, and keep shooting until whatever is in front of you is dead, then keep shooting some more because chances are it isn't. You aren't a wuss - you are a MANLY GuardsMAN with MANLY ARMOR! And if that MANLY ARMOR fails to protect your MANLY MAN GUTS, then you'll be given MANLY BIONIC GUTS.
