Looking at the new Vampire counts stuff, they have a lot more Ethereal stuff. Gonna have to run chaos Knights more often If I even want to damage them.

Not just that but they are glowing green and the vampire platform reminds me of one of the Necron war-machines.
I wasn't aware that green was a Necron things. Lot's of ghosts glow green in Warhammer, and I'm not seeing the resemblance towards Necron warmachines. The most prevalent thing about them is the sharp lines and curves. These do not have them. I think you're looking for something that isn't there.

Damn, I'd be scared of trying to dirt that up, and make it look without looking... Dirty. Good luck with that. I'd say just try and shade recesses, give it some depth. Congrats on the smoothness of the colour though, even if it wasn't what you were looking for, that's nice.

Those look great, except for the Coven Throne which looks way overdone in my opinion.
The Mortis Engine looks so epic, but could you imagine how long it would take to paint it to a high standard?

come on its vampire counts, they are basically the foundation of over the top, especially Von Carstein blood line
I toned my vampire counts army down a lot, basically removed all the over done skulls or bats or image of death besides the actual zombies and skeletons, I like the idea of an army of raised undead hordes, ancient skeleton fighters risen from old battlefields but not the idea of them going "hey lets add lots of SKULLS AND BATS TO OUR BANNERS".

I swear i've seen pictures of Space marines carrying Tau pulse rifles. And in another case in the book Prospero burns, Space Wolves grapped some of the xeno guns in the beginning of the book as they assaulted their homeworld and that one space station.
What the xenos were called i don't remember.
I'm still looking for a group to play Dark Heresy with.

GMs are the minority, always have been, always will be. If you really want to play DH, start a group up. It'll fill up in no time. After you run a campaign, someone else will likely step up and you can play.
