The advantage with space marines and units like Sternguard / Vanguard is that you can just use some random bitz to decorate a tac marine, give it a different paintjob, and it's essentially a new unit. Only problem can be the combi-weapons and such.

Plastic Glue isnt really glue in the traditional sense, rather than sticking them together, it bonds them at a chemical and molecular level, essentially fusing the parts together, more like welding than gluing really.
GW Plastic Glue, up until recently where they switched the formula (plastic glue thin) was actually damn good at doing what it was supposed to.
Personally, I use cheap pound shop superglue why? because its cheap, you can get more and it lasts longer, sure, parts can snap off if the glue isnt up to scratch, but you can just glue it back on no biggie, and if you want to change your scheme/a model its piss easy to take the models apart, wheras with plastic glue, its essentially surgery that you need to do to get them apart.
The formula was changed? No wonder, then. Haven't used GW glue in a while.
It seems to, as it takes fucking ages for it to start working wheras before, it worked in practically a couple of seconds and gave you a very small amount of time to play around with it.

They all have a small psychic ability, which they use subconsciously, and when they all get together it pools together and can become very powerful.

I just used some scopes from the Scout kits, a Tactical squad as a base, and then I kitbashed some pieces that made them look more elite. Ive got 35 Sternguard right now, and only 5 are metal.
Also, question of the day: how good would a SM Command Squad be on bikes with a melta (I use Sternguard for AT), 2 power weapons, Champion and of course the Apothecary.
Im assuming that with 3+ save, turbo boost, FNP and 5 toughness they would be pretty good, although the lack of attacks concerns me.

I'd buy the models, MW3 is going to get cheaper (eventually), but GW stuff ain't.

MW3 is extremely cheap on CD-key sites, I got a copy for 17€. Try Intkeys.

You should try getting something completely new.
Not a tau ship, not fire warriors, not a crisis suit, you've already done those.
Have you considered buying a Krootox/Kroot Carnivores/Greater Knarloc or such?

I don't like them from an asthetic stand point. I rather get like Space Marines and convert them to the Greater Good. Or make some Gue'vasa with an Imperial Guard kit.
Oh also I finished my Hello Kitty suit with the exception of the other drone which is hardly a big deal.

I went on Intkeys. What is this about VPN or whatever? What did you have to do to get yours to work?
So, I'm taking opinions on a transport/squad. I recently purchased a Stormraven Gunship, and intend to outfit it with a Typhoon Missile Launcher, Twin linked Las Cannons and the sponsons.
As for the squad inside of it, I was thinking of something like
1x Kaldor Drogo
1x Apothecary w/ Warding Staff
2x Paladins w/ Daemonhammer
2x Paladins w/ Psycannon
But I'm open to suggestions. Am I putting too many points in one basket, or is this an appropriate striking wedge?

I just wish the AI weren't so passive all the time, I don't like being overly aggressive and the AI won't attack you if you've got same or more army than it.
