well i seriously suggest, if you haven't already, to NOT craft your coal
it's infinitely more useful in its current state.
and no I meant 1 coal for both of them, valve coupons are near worthless.
Those people crafting really cool games like Dota 2 are extremely lucky, don't get tempted into crafting your coal unless you're feeling lucky or have a ton to blow and nothing you want to trade it for.

The steam achievement manager works, I tested it on an alt that I don't love and he did not get banned, at least instantly. I still wouldn't use it on my main account even if you paid me though. It gave me the achievement and gift afterwards.
