Never mind, SAM doesn't allow you to get achievements for games you don't have.

If you mean to see the list, then go to Steam settings, and in the upper right corner of Account, should be View account history.

If it is bugged just unlock it with SAM and get it with SAM (or try it again).

It is completely fine if you used SAM, there is a 99.99999% chance you won't be banned for using it. I have used SAM for the christmas achievements I just couldn't be bothered to do or couldn't do (like the Binding of Isaac, the game would crash for me on the first level).
