I hosted my own server, and put 31 npcs knife only, then killed them.
You can either shoot them and wait for the gifts to drop, or use the bot kill command. Even your fellow teammate npcs drop gifts.

You can host your own server with a couple of bots which only have knifes and kill them until you have all 3 gifts.
