Try loading up TF2 then going to mannco store then exiting out then going to your inventory. It updated my inventory.

Follow these steps to get steam to refresh your backpack items:

Start a game with a Steam backpack (TF2, Portal 2, Spiral Knights)
Open your backpack page
Exit the game and reload your inventory page. You should now see your current steam items.
