Great. Steam finally comes back up for me for 5 minutes then goes back down right as I'm about to get the spiral knights achievement.
So I unlocked some achievement, they show in my library and community page but not on the gift page.
Will I get them eventually?
I got a 33% off coupon for a valve game, but it doesnt work. is this a bug or am i doing something wrong?

Same here, I did the one for Spiral knights and it says I still didn't unlock it in the Gift pile page. This is making me sad.

You have to collect enough figments for rank ten, as far as I can remember. You should be able to get that way before going to Sasha Nein's mind, and that's like the second or third level.
