You need to have a seperate instance of steam open, which requires a sandboxing program.

I guess this is the right thread to ask, I don't know what's the treasure hunt but I went on the steam shop and found out I got -50% of any valve game + a game called "hard reset" for free. How do you get things like that? I did nothing...
