Ways of attaching prosthetic limbs via titanium bolts into the bone exist, but mostly it's a stump and socket.

Had this problem with lots of games. The way solved it it was open Nvidia Control Panel and set the screen aspect ratio scaling (translating freely) to be done on the GPU unit rather than the monitor. Seemingly magical, but it works for me. Adds black bars instead of stretching the image.
