Isn't that the exact same style though? Infact, aren't most non-sprite still images made by the same artist? (With some exceptions, such as the Lilly versus Shizune scene)

I do see similarities, but I'm not sure if it has been made by the same person (It could be, in that case I wouldn't be much surprised)
There's some artwork that is drawn by different people. For example, in Lilly's route: [sp]the scene on the wheat field when she confesses to Hisao[/sp] is clearly drawn by a different person than the artist that did that picture and the other one I quoted. I can differenciate at least three or four different artstyles not counting the one used on the default gameplay. Even some of the default game sprites seem to be drawn by different people: Look at (for example) Shizune's sprite, then look at Hideaki's, then the antique shop's shopkeeper's; they look a tad different, specially the shopkeeper's one, who feels really out of place when compared with other ones
