I ripped all the files and broke my game in the process apparently, it doesn't run anymore.
Ah well, I had it completed anyway and I only spent an hour on ripping the files anyway.

Finished Lilly's arc.
I genuinely cried. Hell, even Hanako didn't do this.
I thought I got a bad ending when [sp]Lilly left to the airport and I ended up having another heart seizure. When I woke up at the hospital[/sp] I felt surprisingly depressed over a video game. I mean, sure, these are well written but maybe it's just that I can easily immerse myself into games because of my imagination. Then, when I saw the [sp]music box that I gave Lilly earlier[/sp] I just froze. I couldn't even click my mouse, I just fucking froze that instant, incapable of believing what I saw.
When [sp]Hisao turns around to see Lilly step in the room all cool but then break and just rush onto him, crying uncontrollably[/sp] it infected me too and I was just laughing because of my tears. Idunno if it was immersion, me being naturally a compassionate guy or the story being just very well written, but I just laughed because all that depression I felt for [sp]Hisao[/sp] earlier was gone. I felt happy for him at the time and as I continued with the ending, I just smiled more and more because all ended up good.
All in all, I was pretty damn happy I picked Lilly's arc. So damn happy.
I love this visual novel. At least for this short while in my life, I'm pretty fucking entertained.

All good until Hisao is stolen away from her in his early 30s because of a bad heart. Even the good endings don't feel very good to me, with that in mind. Fucking heart condition, man.
The early 30's thing was Hisao being overly pessimistic. Doctors and Nurse said that he could live just as long as any person as long as he took his medication and did some light exercise (even walking).
Although I could see him dying earlier with Lilly, caffeine + alcohol while on heart medication isn't very good

Mmh, this pretty much sums up what I was thinking. Still, I like to think that they'll have a happy life. She might live a few years longer but if Hisao takes care of himself, I'm sure medicinal advancements keep him alive enough to make him a white-haired old man and if lucky, see his grandkids.
Even if this is all hypothetical fanfiction, I still want him to have a happy life if I can affect it. And now I can.

Hmm...Kenji, I never really thought much him. I know a lot of people did but he just seemed so narrow-minded I couldn't empathize much. If anything, I felt a little pity for him. Sure, his constant paranoia was slightly amusing at most, but...

I really want her to get an arc. Doesn't even have to be a romantic but a "willingly friend zone" kind of thing. Probably one of my favourite characters alongside Lilly and Hanako.
