I am going through this process. Finished Emi's arc and now I am doing Shizune's arc. After this, Lilly's arc. Then I am doing all the bad routes. Then the Mid-Routes. Then hard to get scenes.
Also, Raindrops and Puddles is oddly my favorite song from the game. Very relaxing. As a matter of fact, I have the game minimized on a scene that uses it so that is it just loops over and over again.

I would say that all the 'Adult Content' is fairly normal aside from a certain incident involving a Shack, lemons, and a stack of mats on the floor.

Emi's lemon relation is obvious.
You have Lemon pie with Lilly.
Lemonade with Misha/Shizune.
Lemon pie AGAIN with Rin and then Hisao talks about FEELING like a lemon panna cotta pudding.
The one lemon association I can't think of is with Hanako. It's so weird. First person to make a joke about Cave Johnson, burning, and lemons wins a trophy.
