I have nerve damage in my right arm(though really it's mainly my right hand), I also have Neurofibromatosis type I, and I have ADD(if you count that as a disability).
My nerve damage isn't as bad as it sounds, at first I couldn't really do anything with my right arm but, now I can move it around a whole lot. I just lack a lot of motor function skills involving my hand.
